What a beautiful space we could enjoy with family and friends! We loved how we all have our own rooms and bathrooms! Only thing we wish we had was hangers in each closet!! Otherwise it was perfect. The property was gorgeous.. we enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub and loves the catamaran we probably rented was right there off a private beach! Loved our place away from all the hustle and bustle of PCB.

Five star all the way. No issues at all. Rooms were huge and the 2nd bedroom shower was killer! We all loved it and are planning on coming back. Management was very friendly and everyone was super nice. Pool is huge. Condo is well stocked and decorated perfectly. Didn't need anything. Thank you for one of the best vacation we've had in quite a while!

With a family of 6, this was the nicest place we have ever stayed. There was a special touch in each room with the furnishings and decorations and everyone had their own space and bathroom. I loved the balcony and gathering for a family meal around the table. We all slept great and enjoyed the heated pools and hot tub. Wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you for sharing your little piece of heaven!

My family and I have stayed in several rentals here. They were all nice, but this unit was an unexpected step above. Seeing the pics online is one thing but actually seeing it in person is another. It is very spacious and no one felt crowded or inturded upon by anyone else. There were 5 adults 2 kids and an infant. My kids LOVE this particular condo because of the pool. It gets 5 stars for them. The unit is well appointed and has every kitchen item you can think of. It is the best stocked condo kitchen I've seen. All the luxuries of home and upgraded appliances make cooking less of a chore. Thumbs down to the 2nd elevator being out of order.

First let me say that "perfect" is almost impossible but this place is close. The condo itself is incredible and like new. It truly is a 5 star unit. You cannot ask for anything more. It has everything you could possibly every need. Also, the owner is very responsive if an issue is reported. On the second day we were there (Sunday afternoon) we noticed that one of the air conditioning zones was not cooling properly. We contacted VACASA who reached out to the owner and within a couple of hours a repairman was onsite and repaired the AC. Sherry (sp?), the VACASA onsite contact even met and stayed (after hours) with the repairman while we were out at dinner. I have never seen that kind of response/service. On a scale of 1-10 this condo is a 10. The property is beautiful and the pool is incredible. At times there were so few people at the pool it was like we had it to ourselves. The only negative that kept me from giving the property a 5 star rating was the elevator. There are only a pair of elevators in the building and one was down the entire week. The other was down when we arrived and even though it was repaired within the hour, being down when we arrived caused us to have to carry all of our luggage (a LOT) up the stairs which was not a fun way to start our vacation and honestly made me worry about the type of place we had chosen to spend our week. Once inside the condo itself and after walking the property, our concerns were put to rest. All things considered, this was by far my favorite property of all that I have stayed at in my 30+ years of coming to Panama City Beach. Everyone in our party agreed that when we return, this will be where we stay.

The unit was absolutely beautiful. There were more amenities than ever expected. The condo was clean and stocked with cleaning supplies. With six adults and two teenagers there was beyond enough space for all of us without tripping over one another. We enjoyed having the doors to the balcony open to watch the boats come and go. Plus we loved the constant breeze. It’s not far from the touristy area but far enough away to have a nice quiet and peaceful time with family. I highly recommend this unit. When we return to this area this will be our place to stay.

Best vacay ever! This condo is very spacious, fully equipped, high end appliances and high end finishes .. 4 bedrooms 4.5 baths ..this condo is by far this best we’ve ever stayed in! Beautiful pool and close to everything.. very friendly staff .. beautiful pier to have a great dinner by the sunset .. The Lands love it!! Can’t wait to go back and we will be back !! 10 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This property is clean and spacious! The pools were awesome! During this pandemic we were worried about a lot of people using them but it wasn’t. It was like we had them to ourselves. Everything we needed was in the unit. Very peaceful! The property managers were very polite and accommodating. The property isn’t located on the beach as it appears in the pictures. We had to travel an hour and a half to see clear water.

Hospitality, amenities, style/design and luxury of home!

We booked Reflections at Bay Point due to other family members recommending the property’s pool and quiet location. This unit is very spacious, well equipped and beautifully furnished. Dining on the large screened in balcony was a treat.
Unfortunately the pool was closed for maintenance during our entire five day stay. My three school aged children were extremely disappointed and spent their vacation watching the pool get filled up with garden hoses. We would have gladly changed our vacation dates since our plan was to enjoy the condo and spend our days at the pool. What we learned is this unit is not managed by the on-site office. Use the Vacasa customer service number instead - they will put you in touch with the responsive manager.
If you decide to book, I would suggest callIng the Reflections HOA manager directly to confirm amenities. Vacasa managers said they were unaware of the closure.
Thank you to the owners for renting out this beautiful condo. Maybe we will be back for a “do-over” vacation one day. Next time we will be all the wiser.

My brother and his wife, my parents, and my husband and kids all stayed together in the unit. We were comfortable and literally kept thinking each other had left since there’s so much space and we could not hear conversations through any walls. The pool and hot tub were perfect. A walk to the bay and over the water was very relaxing and we saw lots of wildlife. Definitely looking to stay there again. High end furnishings and every customary appliance was present and in working order.
