A nice stay close to the beach, a friendly host, terrace with chairs, fans above each bed and the curtain along the bed (big plus for me!). Close to restaurants or some shops, 40 min walking to bus stand (or 8 min by tuk-tuk).

Le propriétaire est un vrai ange, confort, propre, cosy, à 2 pas de la plage, il faut marcher un peu plus pour trouver des restos locaux

The location, hospitality of Mr thoms, and it was appropriately clean for a home stay, very near to beach, just walkable. And you get a bike to rent very near by at nannis*
AC needs a little servicing I guess, though it didn't hamper my experience, but just a feedback for Improvement.

No AC! Also mosquitoes!!!! Average bedding and only one washroom.

I get stucked at night 12 allapey Bus stand. But still uncle Thomas helped me to get in the room..
I am happy is very kind and genuine human being.
Only baathroom and toilet should be more or 2 so in morning everyone can easily relived.

Uncle thomas is just amazing. Such a nice person, if gets married 2nd time dont get surprise. It is obvious Girls will be flattered by his behavior.
Washing clothes was not allowed which was due to money making mind of uncle thomas so that we can use laundry. He charged me 800 for kayaking wheareas my friend did it for 650/-. He must have got some commission from kayaking agents

The owner was friendly, he provided us all the facilities we asked for even the room was very wide and good, in the heart of city so it won't be a problem to explore the city

The location is close to Alappuzha beach. The upstair room walls are made of bamboo sheets. So during summer the room can be warm. At night it’s okay. A kettle is provided in the common area to make black tea. The host is good.

The location was 5-6 minutes walk from alleppey beach.
Rooms were clean.
Hot water was available throughout the day.
Owner was co-operative.
1. Room was specified as Bamboo hut but literally its a room with wall decorated with Bamboo stripes
2. The owner mentioned high speed wifi but literally I had to work with my mobile internet
3. Drinking water was not clean
4. The water in washroom was dirty/literally brown
5. Room size was around 8x6 ft2
6. The walls were made out of Cardboard
Although we have not checked other rooms.
