Fantastic location, walking distance to all the major sites, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, all the famous brand name shops, excellent excellent location.
The apartment is luxurious, the decor, very modern. Every room had its own private full bathroom, and there was another full bathroom off the living room. The pullout sofa bed was super comfy. Beautiful apartment, most definitely would stay here again and highly recommend
The tiny elevator 😂🤣 but I guess it’s Europe. The one in our apartment in Portugal was also tiny 😊

Nice apartment in great location. We were a group of 8 family and friends and found the apartment to be very comfortable for our group. The washer/dryer was a bonus. The location was ideal for walking around the Spanish Steps area with the metro located just a short walk away. There are many restaurants and bars nearby and the area was clean and felt safe.
We could have used a roll out bed for one of the rooms but it wasn't available. Otherwise, everything was great.

Amazing location, clean and quiet place.
A black out shade was missing in the master bedroom which is a big deal for us and some light smoking odor in some of the rooms.

The place is absolutely great and the location is perfect!
Someone went inside the premises without informing us during our stay & it happened at 1:00pm. My 17yo son already got traumatized during our stay in Dress Code Hotel in Paris then here comes the stranger just unlocked the main door & went in. Only checking the washing machine cabinet and even worst he went inside the room where me & my husband stayed. Not acceptable. One last thing! Be careful at the elevator.

The apartment was modern, spacious and well equipped with 3 comfortable bedroom suites and a large living area. The location was incredible- with Piazza di Spagna just at the top of the road, so lots of lovely restaurants and shops just nearby but as it’s on the fourth floor and tucked away at the back, the apartment is super quiet.
We loved the fact that our teenage girls could pop out safely to shop or go for an ice cream.
Only shame was no nice views from the windows

Amazing location and the apartment really may be the best in Rome!! We all loved it. Right next to the Trevi fountain and close to all the attractions.

Amazing location in the centre of everything in between Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain. Walk to everything. Small supermarket beside it , bar at the corner for great morning coffees and pastries, lots of restaurants nearby.
Our shower head broke off on day 1 and it was never fixed during our 4 nights there. It is a residential building including the rented apartments so you have to be mindful of noise when returning back in the eve
