Soleado, protegido, confortable casa de 3 dormitorios con gran terraza y jardín con vistas a la bahía de Tasmania, la playa de Tahunanui y vistas de la bahía a la cordillera Arthur. 5 minutos a pie hasta la playa! Fantásticas vistas y puestas de sol. Relájese en el jardín tomando el sol durante el día y escuchando las olas por la noche. Estamos de viaje para que nuestra casa esté disponible para que la disfrute.
¡Sol todo el día, sorprendentemente protegido de los vientos, césped, gran terraza con una gran mesa redonda y asientos para 8, trampolín, barbacoa de gas y una gran ducha para su regreso de la playa!
Fantástico acceso a pie a la playa, parques infantiles, reserva de playa y tiendas locales, bares y restaurantes: tome los pasos que conducen desde Bisley Ave hasta Rocks Road. Un par de minutos en coche de los restaurantes frente al mar de Rocks Road, etc. y unos minutos en coche de Nelson CBD. Fácil acceso a las atracciones de Tahunanui, como karting, parque de trampolines, tobogán acuático, etiqueta láser, etc.

This clearly is or was someone's home. It's looks like they have moved out five minutes before, only emptying the bedroom cupboards and drawers before doing so. There was even a couple of pairs of shoes left outside the front door. The rest of the house is cluttered and the kitchen is stuffed with implements, plates etc which are old or not really fit for purpose. The path from the driveway is an accident waiting to happen and the low railings around the walkway surrounding the house will worry parents with small children. On the positive side, the house is well located, convenient for the beach (although you really need to drive down as the house is up a long hill) and has good views.

This is a nice location. The house is quite old and it shows. Nice kitchen, though. The garden is totally overgrown and the foliage is obscuring the ocean view.
Not sure if this something the management company is responsible for or if it is the owner’s responsibility, but the linens provided are old and smelly. Towels are absolutely awful and we hand a total of 3 tea towels for a full week that we spent with 3 and partially with 5 people. All linen needs to be replaced
