The location of the hotel is superb, and if one is looking strictly for a stay, then this is the place. Decent but clean rooms. Hot water available for 24 hours is a blessing
No provision for tea, hemmed in by buildings on both sides, there is no view and no hooks / railings in bathroom to hand clothes.

1.receptionisit not aware of number of bookings made.
2.Rooms were unclean and mold ever where.
3.TV wont work, receptionist said he will change it but nothing done.

TV won't work...its just their for name sake...no wifi, no complementary water bottle, no towels or soaps in bathroom...you need to beg the staffs to provide water and towels...

The Lift was not working and there was a delay in the response from the reception staff
The walls and all the outer areas of the Cement are spoiled and they leave a bad odour.
