As a large family, we appreciated the cleanliness, ambiance, and comfort of the hotel. It was a welcoming environment for all of us.

The pricing felt steep for a 3-star hotel, even with an advanced booking. Additionally, the swimming pool could have been a bit cleaner.

Had to rent dingy for the slides. Restaurant poor service was poor and very expensive.

Great location walking distance from the beach with adjoining water park. Apartments are sufficiently equipped.

The reception desk is not well organized. You end up having to wait 30 min to get your deposit back. I added an extra day at the beginning of the reservation. I had to wait over an hour at the counter for them to resolve the separate reservation. They kept supporting all the other customers without telling what was going on or timeframe. On hard working person and many that just appeared to revolve around her not doing much. But things got resolved. I just recommend they work in their process and communication. Last, I recommend to inquire where your apartment is located on the site. The apartments with an ocean view are also facing the amusement park which is very noisy until we’ll after midnight. Pool officially close at 6pm, which we thought was a bit early

The apartment was clean and has ac. And there is a nice swimming pool.

Took me an hour or so to check in. They were busy but they weren't doing enough to process the people quicker. I suggest they have extra receptionists when there are a lot of people trying to check in. Using papers to find my reservation is an old way to keep track of the people coming in. 0
