Clean and spacious apartment; good AC; friendly host

It’s near the beach and there was good restaurants nearby. Pool area was really nice. The hotel area was quiet. Man in the reception (Jivko) was really nice and helpful. Apartment was big and modern.
Uncomfortable bed. Cleanliness could have been better. We had to ask towels for the child.

Very happy with this stay and I would highly recommend it! The rooms are clean and nicely furnished, the AC works good and you have a kitchen with some simple supplies. The owner is very nice and helpful too.
Be aware that the internet speeds are quite slow.

On our arrival, the host (Jivko) took care of us immediately. Offered to help with our luggage. We were able to use the parking. We had a very nice spacious suite. It was clean and quiet. The balcony was super big and the view was pretty nice! We loved the location because it wasn't in a crowded part, but at the same time, it was quick to go by car to the Old Town (5 min). The host was extremely nice and polite. The cleaning lady made sure we always had clean towels, toilet paper and took out the trash. Thanks for the good time! If we visit Nessebar again next summer we will definitely come back!

The host was really friendly and helpful with all the minor issues we had upon the arrival. I also like it there because was really quiet there.
Not the cleanest location I stayed at. The shower cabin was full of scale, the toilet wasn't clean and the bathroom amenities are starting to show their age.
Although it appeared that someone was checking the room daily, I wasn't sure why. They changed the towels after a couple of days but only because we left them on the floor. There's been no vacuuming/brooming while we stayed there, the cleaning appears to be self-service using the broom on the common hallway.
The inner yard parking space may be a challenge for the unskilled drivers. Alternatively you may leave the car in the street if you find any available spots.

Amazing apartments 5 minutes walk to the beach! The host, Jivko, made sure we were comfortable and have everything we need to make our stay enjoyable! The apartments are very spacious!

Had a great stay! Apartment was excellent, big and spacious and beds super comfortable. Nice quiet location with small shops and beach 5 mins walk away. Big supermarket Janet also close by. Zhivko the host is very friendly and always on hand to help - made the stay even more enjoyable 😊

We really enjoyed our stay. The place is good value for money. The 1-bedroom apartment is very spacious and clean. There was parking space available. The host is very polite and helpful!

Exceptional value for money. Our room was very clean, spacious, and very good quality. The location was excellent too. It was close to everything especially if you have a car. The host was lovely too. Would definitely recommend to anyone with families.

The apartment is big, clean, well equiped. Two bathrooms are useful. The terrace and the view are very nice.
The beds are comfortable. Airco works fine.
The pool is good for kids.
The host was kind and very friendly, trying to speak English, although he speaks Bulgarian and German. He explained what to see in the area and where to eat.
Towels were changed every two days. Garbage was taken out every day.
The nearby beach is good but small. One needs to get up early to have a place on a sunbed.
The parking, like everywhere in the area could become problematic. The number of cars exceeds the number of parking places. The property has a yard where parking is possible but it is not easy to park.
Lights could be better. There is no bedside light/lamp.
Soap in the bathrooms would be appreciated.
