We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Chateau by the Sea. The location was great (close to pier), pool was nice, condo was clean, and there was this lively little seating area in the center of the building where we ordered in dinner, played cards, and enjoyed the nice the weather. Will visit again!

Had a wonderful time on vacation. Sea 101 was great, we loved that it was down on the first floor and quick walk to the pool, beach, parking lot etc.. The place was clean and i didn't have any issue's nor did we look for any. Now that i think about it the "oven door" didn't close very well. We just had to push on it to make sure it was closed. BTW i bought a pitcher that was needed in the kitchen and i left it for others to use. Kitchen needed a pitcher. The place had everything we needed on our vacation. Sea 101 was a great place to stay and i will say that when we go back to Cocoa beach again i will hoping to stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend on the Space Coast!
The property was spacious, clean, stocked with everything we needed, and very easy to just walk out to the beach. The pool was great and the yard games were an added benefit that our kids enjoyed. I was pleasantly surprised that the beach wasn't too crowded and its a pretty stretch of beach right by the pier.
It was also a quick drive to the space center, which is why we came! Such a fun trip for our family!

Property clean and well furnished. Within walking of pier and beach. We were on first floor so no balcony and no immediate water view, but will come back and get a 2 nd floor or above. Taylor of the management team went above and beyond. She checked in to make sure all was well. The 2nd day the washer broke. She made arrangements for us to use another condo's washer and dryer for that day and a replacement washer was there the next day. We would come back here.

Loved the property. Clean, spacious, and great location.
The only recommendation for change I can say is to get longer curtains in the bedrooms. The lights from the parking lot come through the bottom of the windows and keeps the rooms from being completely dark. Otherwise everything was great!

This was my fourth time staying at this property. Everything was new and clean. There is a grocery store and plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. My 2 favorite things were eating breakfast on the roof deck and going to the tiki bar at the pier and telling other patrons that I'm staying at the place with the cool roof deck. The price was great and there were no surprise add ons. I'm looking forward to returning next year.

Great place to stay for a family vacation
We stayed at condo 101 for a week over spring break and had a great time. The place was clean, spacious, quiet and the beds were very comfy. It had everything we needed. We even brought our dog and the place was perfect for everyone in our family. And the best part was it was right on the water. We were close to everything - beach, pier, restaurants, activities. We did have a slight issue with the tv not working but after an inquiry to the office, they sent someone right out and it was fixed within minutes. Overall staying at here really enhanced our vacation and made it truly memorable.

I had other plans that fell through and booked here last minute. Was more expensive but right on the ocean and many options within walking distance. I probably had the only unit without an ice maker or ice trays. Contact was very quick to drop off some ice trays ( I had an injury I needed ice for) that I was very grateful for! The place was very clean and the outdoor space really quiet and private. The only issue I noticed is when I used the washer the water was hot when temp was set to cold so I shrunk a shirt. The rooftop is good for rocket launch but partially blocked by Beat Western

Location was amazing. We just walked out the door, around the corner and we were at the beach! The condo was clean and spacious.

Nice place on the beach
This place cannot be beat for location...on the beach, close to restaurants and shops...while still being affordable. It had enough room for our family and had everything we needed, including detergent, extra tp, and other amenities. There were downsides: the master bed mattress was not comfortable to sleep on, the pool is only slightly larger than an average backyard pool so it can get packed, especially midday. Also, people smoked like crazy at this place (although our unit did NOT smell like smoke). If you're a smoker, you won't mind walking past (or sitting below) the wafts of smoke. I will stress that despite these things, I would rent this unit again!

Very easy booking. Great communication from property manager, perfect location. No view from this condo but beach is just steps away. We enjoyed the rooftop for morning coffee. Good size pool was very clean. Well kept premises we would recommend!

Metal patio furniture in dining room above you needs some kind of felt padding put on feet in condo above you. Until 10.00 o'clock at night there was much noise coming from room above you from chairs dragging across the tile floor.

Nice facilities and enjoyed our stay.
Enjoyed our stay- great location and roof top area was a great place to hang out. Facility well equipped as well and enjoyed patio area.
Bed was a bit firm for our taste and doors and baseboards to bathrooms can use paint job.
But a nice stay and can tell the condo facility is being upgraded and maintained.

The condo was exceedingly clean and prepared. It had everything we needed and more! Property manager was personable and communicative. I highly recommend this property and would stay again.

ground floor
The space was great! Being on the ground floor next to the parking lot is extremely convenient to come and go. The beach chairs and umbrella was nice to have. The place was clean and stocked well. Highly recommend this place.

Experiencing Cocoa Beach
Condo unit was very nice and conveniently located to the beach. Being on the ground floor our patio opened onto a very nice fenced in grass area. Great accommodations for a relaxing get away.

- appartement was bit dusty upon arrival, quite some white animal (dog?) hairs. Mentioned to owner but apart from apologies, no further action was taken. We cleaned IT ourselves a bit.
- couch to sit on was somewhat old and not so clean. We put sheet on it so we could sit on it.
- biggest frying pan could not be used, was worn down. Not noted to owner.

They even provided 2 body boards, 2 beach chairs, an umbrella, and a cooler. The fellow guests were nice and no noise issues. Location was perfect.

Cleanliness
There was dog hair alll over both sofas. Couch throw pillows were so dirty I took off covers and washed them. The floors were not clean and the queen mattress squeaks so loud when you get in or out of the bed. I love the location and the pool is nice. Not a very well equipped kitchen ,

Nice, quiet and fabulous
We stayed here April 2019 for 1 week. We had a 2 month old a 18month old my husband and I (30’s) and grandma (60’s). This place was awesome and met our expectations. The kitchen and bathrooms were recently remodeled. We cooked in the kitchen and had no problems. The pool was nice and generally not crowded. It was also very easy to walk to the beach from our place and quick to set it up with the provided 2 beach chairs and umbrella. We did have a problem with a broken umbrella and to our surprise replaced within a matter of us going to have a meal and coming back to a new one on our doorstep! The owner as a courtesy also reached out to us to inform of us of the shuttle launch which was very sweet. This place is close to everything restaurants, grocery shopping, and of course the pier. Thanks for a fabulous vacation rental!

It was a lovely condo. Really enjoyed our stay
We spent a great 10 days on vacation here. The location is very close to the beach, pier, restaurants, publix and bars ! The only thing we didn’t like was the sprinklers that came on in the middle of the night on certain nights. It’s loud against the building. It’s dog friendly and even though we didn’t have our own with us, we loved see them around. People were great too

Decent but needs a bit of updating
Good for what I needed. Interior could use some remodeling. Some damage due to moisture. The beds need to be updated not very comfortable and some area rugs in second bedroom. Beds slide around a lot. Kitchen was amazing and well stocked. Washer and dryer needs to be serviced.
