I had been there prior to covid. It was great then that's why I went back this time I checked out early

I mentioned the sliding shower door not working properly.

Great hotel. The best thing was the friendly staff and the great room service. The bed was amazing and the rooms were relatively sound proof. The staff were super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The location was great and we walked around the city. Big and tasty breakfast.

Can't complain about anything.

Great to go visit Bogotá by foot. easy to go from the airport. clean with great facilities (sauna, hamam, swimming pool).

Sorry but nothing, nada We warn to book this hotel, money rip off. the service is not good.

We received smaller rooms than booked. Quiet room was requested and we were given a room next to a noisy construction site. unfriendly staff, new room was much smaller. Credit card will be blocked with the amount of the booking 3 weeks after the stay, although it has already been paid directly at the hotel. hotel does not respond to emails and booking.com refers to the hotel but no response. we advise not to be fooled by the fotis. The pool was also dirty...

Workers were nice and kind.

Foods were horrible but thanks to workers they didn't take the money for the food.

they helped us check in early at 5am which was much appreciated as we were exhausted - lovely staff and great room. a little dated but very comfy. sauna and steam room could do with a refurb

A little outdated. Lift doors open spookily slowly.

The staff was incredibly helpful, warm, and accommodating. The room was huge! The pool area is very beautiful.

We didn't have wifi in our room for most of our stay. The wifi seemed to be out for our whole floor. We asked them to fix it, but it was never fixed. If internet access in the hotel is important to you, I'd pick another hotel. The tv in the room was small and not a smart tv.

Concierge services were really good.

Breakfast did not meet my expectations.

front desk gave us wrong information that breakfast was included when it wasnt. bartender charge me two beers when i just order 2 waters. it also took more than a 45min to get an order of nachos and told the waitress like 3 times for our order of nachos.

Pool is large. Spa and Steam room are FREE! Friendly staff (some speak English) I like the location. You can walk to the Museo de Oro. There is a great hidden little Italian restaurant Negroni just around the corner. (Tell em the Gringo Cucho sent you)

They think of themselves as an up scale hotel. They need better towels, and, even more, face towels. The washstand and mirror are outside the toilet/shower room. There needs to be hooks for 2 face towels. The towels they give you for pool or spa are also a bit wimpy.
