I want to thank the staff especially Vincent for being extremely polite and welcoming. Hotel’s location is very convenient for sightseeing, the room is big enough with comfortable bed, breakfast are amazing.

Our room has great views and ambience of Xuanwu Lake. The peaceful surroundings made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The metro station next to the hotel provides good access to various attractions in Nanjing city. We would like to extend our grateful appreciation to Ms. Lv for her impeccable service and support, Ms. Bella Feng for her attentiveness, and meticulous housekeeping team.

With my curtains open, other guests would be able to se e into my room.

The breakfast was excellent with a lot of choice and satisfied Western palates as well as Chinese. And the location was brilliant. When we were there the cherry blossom was out and we were able to walk every day on Purple Mountain and then take the underground, which is very conveniently situated almost next door to the hotel, into town to eat out.

Everything was excellent.

Very comfortable room, good size, clean, very quiet. Right next to subway station and very close to Xuanwu lake. Reception staff able to speak enough English to communicate key information when asked for it. Breakfast buffet had plenty of options, western and Asian.

Staff on reception were, in my opinion, rude. They made comments and laughed at me in Chinese as I stood there, they assumed I could not understand. Breakfast buffet a bit underwhelming e.g. watered down baked beans, broken coffee machine. Local restaurants in the vicinity, but nothing close if you can't read Chinese.

Nice and new hotel, large and modern rooms, very friendly staff, nice bar with good selection of food and drinks, good location close to the lake and scenic areas

Only quite limited selection of Western breakfast, very unpleasant experience where our key card was blocked and our daughter got lost in the hotel, carpets had lots of stains (but otherwise clean rooms)
