Next to a mall, which was fabulous as we were at the hotel to rest and shop.
The staff were very helpful.
Our flight had a delay to leave so we requested for a late checkout, which was provided and fitted our schedule so well and we were so grateful.

Het personeel was super aardig. We konden 2 uur extra blijven tijdens het uitchecken zonder extra te betalen.
Dagelijkse schoonmaak van kamers kan iets beter. Onze spiegels werden niet schoongemaakt.

The room was very spacious and the staff was very helpful and kind. I was amazed by the efforts the staff put in ensuring everything was tiptop clean. The location is great, there is a subway station within 3 minutes walk that brings you to the city center, there is a shopping mall and lots of other attractions next tot he hotel.

It is pristine. The staff are excellent. They cannot do enough for you. Do not bother staying at other hotels in the area!
The only outdoor space (which looked lovely) is a covered area and for smokers.

Très bon hôtel, le personnel est extrêmement sympathique et serviable, tout particulièrement madame EDA KORKMAZ, elle est géniale, elle a trouvée des solutions à tous mes soucis, Eda et son équipe sont disponible et leur accueille est formidable.
Je conseille très fortement.

Es scheint, als ob jedes Mal etwas nicht funktioniert. Diesmal war es der Wasserhahn in der Toilette und die Toilettenspülung.

Quality of service , and front desk needs more attention , it's below average based on my previous experience as a super traveller , I am sorry to say I will mostly not recommend Hilton Double Tree - Umraniya for any of my friends who prefers to stay in luxury Hotels .

They charged 150 lira as the fee for parking the car for one night. Thats unacceptable.
