Lovely facilities and accommodations. Receive a complimentary bottle of wine in the room which is nice along with cold pitcher of water. Bathroom is very spacious, great shower, comfortable bed, kitchenette in the Studio has everything you'd need. Have their own app, welcoming package and front desk reception folks were great (with one exception). Provide a map of the resort as well as on line instructions for anything you need to figure out in the room. Their two major restaurants were closed on the day we were there but service and food at their beach place was excellent. Had breakfast in Sanang the morning we left. Very extensive buffet, cold items really cold, hot items hot and the place was a pleasure to be in. Everything you'd want and more here. Lovely grounds, lots of amenities

We arrived earlier than check in as we'd checked out of our condo from longer term stay. The first reception we received was very off putting. We knew our room would not be ready. We were told that and basically nothing more. When asked how we'd know, did they text or anything, were told just to check back. Finally got instructions to " walk the resort,". We asked about the pool, only then were we offered towels. This person could have sent us to lunch, provided the wifi information, done a number of things but she was dismissive and clearly bored. Not a very good first impression of a top notch place. When we came back after 3pm, another staff person greeted us warmly, knew we were coming, oriented us to the facility, helped with luggage . Basically did all the right things. Would still highly recommend this place, especially for a romantic getaway or big relaxing downtime.

Studios und Apartments sind harmonisch in einen gepflegten Garten eingegliedert. Palmen, Oleander, Aloe begrünen die Anlage. Die beiden Pools sind groß und eignen sich perfekt, um lange Bahnen zu schwimmen. Das Housekeeping war sehr aufmerksam: täglich, außer Sonntag, Reinigung der Zimmer, frische Handtücher, neue Kaffeekapseln für die Kaffeemaschine in der kleinen, aber ausreichend eingerichteten Küchenzeile. Viele Liegen und Schirme am Strand, Strandtücher werden auf Wunsch getauscht. Badesteg, um über eine Leiter ins kristallklare Meerwasser einzutauchen.Hervorragendes Restaurant in der Anlage. Unbedingt ausprobieren.

great location with lovely piece of beach. brass boer was absolutely exceptional in every way.

service at other on site bars/restaurants was very very slow, our room had a slight musty smell. staff didn’t seem very service oriented. quieter pool has no bar service. if you’re looking for a more adults only spot this isn’t it- there is a kids pool but kids go in all pools.

De locatie was top, alles was schoon en de faciliteiten zijn goed geregeld. Het strand en beide zwembaden waren fantastisch. Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk.

Het studio appartement was wat gehorig. Daarnaast was er onvoldoende parkeergelegenheid. Het was dagelijks zoeken naar een plekje.

Heerlijk aan het strand en ruimtelijk opgezet. Ik denk een van de fijnste resorts om te zijn.

Prijzen eten en drinken behoorlijk hoog. Porties eerder te klein.

1e en laatste keer in dit resort. Wat een tegenvaller qua, met name het personeel. Voor ons 1e keer Bonaire. We kwamen aan na 3 weken Aruba. We komen al jaren in november/ december op Aruba. Taxi transfer geboekt. We worden opgehaald. Achteraf blijkt per abuis. Verkeerde tijd in de lijst receptie. Personeel, nul beleving. Receptie ging nog wel. Horeca: triest. Kon geen lachje af. Ongeïnteresseerd. Peuken peuken peuken peuken op het kleine strandje, triest. Bedjes reserveren, nul controle. Trieste mensen. Na 3 dagen 3 keer voor badhanddoeken geweest. Elke keer op. Na de 4e keer uiteindelijk schone badlakens. Nul controle aan wie en hoeveel badhanddoeken worden uitgegeven. Sommige gingen echt 2x per dag. 3 x gevraagd voor late checkout. Kon niet, druk, vol etc. Laatste avond vragen we toch nog een keer. Nee hoor, geen probleem. Jongen stond ons keurig netjes te woord. Staat ook in het systeem. Hoe dan? Service op het strandje mag je verwachten. Helaas. Laatste dagen echter wel. Men start een nieuw systeem op. Ging nog redelijk maar totaal geen regelmaat. Nul aansturing vanuit iemand. Stagiaires sturen zichzelf aan, zo lijkt het. Ongeïnteresseerd. Poolbar: lijkt wel een poolcrematorium. Ongezellig, beton, sfeerloos en zelf roepen of je aub mss iets mag bestellen. App aan zee. Erg gehorig. Bed doorgezakt, sloten op half zeven, wastafelmeubel opgezet door vocht. Kraan los. Zeepmandje douche kapot. Matrassen werden in onze periode daar vervangen. Bras Boer restaurant prima. Diner perfect. Goede bediening. Ontbijt ging veel te snel. Auto gehuurd voor 4 dagen. Top voor daar: Suzuki Jimny. Boottocht met Sealty Sea tours. Top. Een mooie week, mooie natuur. Nog wel een keer terug maar zeker niet in Delphins.

Deze keer helaas niets

Mega onvriendelijk personeel. Geen uitleg waar de accommodatie was (laatste huisje op t park) geen welkom helemaal niets totaal anders als t jaar daarvoor wellicht omdat ik nu maar 2 nachten verbleef maar dit was enorm teleurstellend . Ontbijt was ook slecht weinig keus en onvriendelijk personeel

De verbouwingen die gaande waren en relatief veel geluid veroorzaakten.

A localização é maravilhosa, o hotel tem instalações muito boas, restaurantes gostosos e o centro de mergulho Dive Friends é fantástico. O terraço é muito gostoso com mesa e cadeiras confortáveis. E vista agradável do jardim. A vista é linda e o mar transparente. As cadeiras e estrutura na praia são muito boas (lembrando q a praia em si é de corais, então o hotel fez uma praia de areia onde estão as cadeiras e guarda-sóis muito boa) O quarto é confortável e bem estruturado.

O arquiteto que desenhou o banheiro e quarto poderia ter pensado melhor na usabilidade UX e usp dos espacos. Nada q atrapalhe a estadia, mas falta um box no chuveiro, então ao tomar banho molha o banheiro inteiro, que é mal dividido. Na reserva pedimos um estúdio c vista para o jardim. Ao chegar no hotel fomos colocados num quarto stdio super longe e com vista para o estacionamento. Aí tivemos q pagar mais USD 30/noite para ficar no quarto que era o apresentado no booking. Achei isso feio. Podiam mostrar a verdade nas fotos.

The beach acces, staff and food were excellent.

The kitchenette (way to small to be useful) and the bathroom (silly layout). We expected a first floor balcony and got a ground floor terrace.

the staff at the reception when we were checking im was not really attentive and considerate to our need if possible to check in early considering we have a toddler. she made lots of excuses re printer which does not really make sense and just left. took a while before another staff accomodated our concerns

I liked that it is a gated resort with controlled access, the swimming pools are well maintained, the room was modern and clean, and the people at the reception were friendly and helpful.

The eateries were rather limited and much overpriced for what you get.

The location was great with secure covered parking. The two pools and grounds were nice.

Significant construction noise, less than efficient path to the resort pool and beach (Villa 10), concrete villas with little character, kitchen could use more supplies e.g. papertowels, salt and pepper etc.

It was clean, it is a nice building. With lots of moders features. Like via an app you can getvacces to your room.
