Rooms were very spacious and the bathroom was huge, clean, modern and a pleasure to stay in.

The hotel is modern and very cozy. The personal is helpful and friendly.

This hotel was chosen because it has ample underground parking. Extra cost was 12 euro. Originally given a tight space but when I asked for larger they were accomadating. Most spaces are actually quite large. Hotel is short walk to center about 15 min. Very close to main churches of interest.

Everything was great. Very kind and helpful staff, they answered very quickly before our check-in. The room is very spacious and with furnished. the breakfast is great and diversified. The center and cathedral is just 5min walk. The neighbourhood is quite and nice. I really recommend

I booked it via booking.com for 2 people. Eventually I recieved a confirmation for 1 person. At the site ofxourse was asked to pay in addition which is normal 10euro. At the end of the receipt I was told that I need to pay 20 euro. When asking what is the reason. They started calculating and it seemed that it was a mistake?! At the ad is parking specified with no additiona description that it is paid only "vale" parking. I had to pay extra for the night . The towels were wrapped, the additional cleaning materials were reused and yhe packing was damaged . The shower was broken. The TV wasn't working. I had to ask the staff to fix it.

Location pretty close to the Vitosha pedestrian street. The rooms were big and comfortable.

I do not recommend Hotel COOP. While the bathroom has new fixtures and good water pressure, the water doesn’t drain, and by the end of a quick shower, you end up wading around the sink and the toilet in an inch of standing water. There is no fan to help dry the moisture, and until the next cleaning, your options are to walk on water or mop the floor with the towels. The daily cleaning doesn’t include making the bed, for some reason. The restaurant advertised as open until 11:30 pm was closed before 8 pm on a Friday night. So was the lobby bar. The front desk responded to any concerns or requests with a blank stare and a vague indication that they heard you; then nothing happened. The key card stopped working after 00:00 of our checkout day. Long story short: we booked two stays in it, for the beginning and the end of our trip, and we cancelled the second stay, rebooking ourselves elsewhere. The location is not bad, and the breakfast is adequate — same as in any Bulgarian hotel that includes breakfast in the room rate, nothing outstanding. Get there early, because they run out of food closer to the end. But you get to walk on water. Just don’t drop the hair dryer in it.
