Die Lage direkt am Fluss und der naturbelassene Garten erlaubten eigene Tierbeobachtungen. Die Bungalows waren angenehme Rückzugsorte. Auf Restaurant und Frühstück habe ich u.a. wegen anderer Beurteilungen verzichtet.

Das Personal war professionell, aber nicht besonders herzlich, wie ich das an anderen Orten in Costa Rica erlebt hatte. Vielleicht durch die Unterbringung von Reisegruppen etwas weniger persönlich.

Se nota el cuidado a los detalles en las instalaciones. Tiene muchas facilidades. El desayuno era delicioso. Magnífica ubicación.

La limpieza debería ser mínimo de día de por medio y los basureros de los baños vaciados cada día, pero lo que arruinó nuestra estadía fue que llegamos a almorzar a la cafetería el primer día y la señora (joven) que la atendía nos ignoró estando parados frente a ella. Dijimos buenas tardes y no contestó ni alzó la mirada. Preguntamos si estaba abierta la cafetería para almorzar y dijo (sin volver su mirada y con cara de molestia) si, ya los atiendo y se quedó viendo la computadora. Obviamente no nos quedamos a comer y los tres días siguientes comimos en otros lados las dos comidas. Marcela en la recepción SÚPER amable. El muchacho que atiende el restaurante en las noches excelente. Esta persona nos arruinó la excelente percepción que teníamos del hotel al llegar

Great Location for the Parks. The hotel was well put together taking everything into condsideartion. Good swimming pool. Great Breakfast. Great for birdwatching. We liked it so much we extended our stay.

A few too many noisy groups for our liking.

La chambre était sombre et l’eau chaude a l’air de fonctionner avec des panneaux solaires alors sans soleil pas d’eau chaude !

Beautiful hotel - our rooms overlooked the river. Wonderful wildlife- we saw caiman and varied bird life - very helpful hosts.

A refrigerator in the room would be good

Facilities were great with a pool and trails. We were warned as regards a lack of wifi in rooms, but once in the lobby, it was fine. The lobby area was well equipped with games. We didn't have any complaints about the food. Staff helped book white water rafting, which we'd highly recommend. Our transfer unexpectedly turned up early and before breakfast, but staff ran around putting us up a takeaway breakfast - very much appreciated!

Location wasn't ideal for us as we didn't have a car, so ate at the hotel but food was fine. Although location was great to go white water rafting, approx 10 minute journey. Would have been nice to have a fridge in the room but no big deal.
