As mentioned on the website I have booked the room on twin sharing basis as I reached hotel there were 3 people already in the room. There was no room service at all, even drinking water was not available. Very bad experience.

The place was neat and clean

I had booked for 3 guests in a single room. It was not mentioned the bathroom is outside the room. So then my parents had to book 2 separate rooms

The staff. Our experience with the staff at hotels/guesthouses that we have stayed in in India has been overwhelmingly positive. They know how to be the very best of hosts and even at the Nest Inn they tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible, given the realities of the conditions.

Almost everything. The room was extremely damp, there was hair on the floor and the sheets and pillow cases were dirty and looked like they had not been changed. The bathroom was not clean. Although we booked and paid for a room with three beds, the staff wanted to put us in a different room with two beds. The ad for this place implied that the room had fridges and even kitchenettes - they did not. The photos did not show the true rooms. The room and halls also smelled overwhelmingly of disinfectant. Breakfast was poor. We paid WAY too much for what this place has to offer! There are better places to stay for the price and we actually found one for the same amount of money although it was some distance away. But what a difference! We do not recommend this place.
