the place was very clean quiet and comfortable

The wifi was not very good in my room hence Netflix was on and off.

Once initial disappointed was sorted the owners were hospitable.

Although booking was confirmed owners were not aware of arrival. I paid additional cost for two breakfasts and nothing was available. I also requested a late departure, email confirmation given, but request not carried through to guests. This was a surprise for my daughter's birthday so very disappointed that the experience wasn't as planned.

The location is superb and the hosts were fantastic. We couldn't fault anything and would recommend The Room at any time.

Booking.com, who still owes me a refund on a previous booking which had disastrous and unacceptable results.
