Though we had short stay at the property, we are very much impressed by the ambience, polite and promptly responding staff. Food was also very tasty at their in house restaurant Green Pepper. Overall we had a very pleasant experience at this heritage property stay.Thank you so much 'Nambiars' for making our stay a memorable one.
Though all the facilities were good, I felt some minor changes could have been made like electrical points near kettle, better lighting in the rooms

Location and ease of access
Some minor things like time taken to fix the non-working telephone, non-provision of towels daily, non-removal of trash unless asked for, etc.

Very worst experience- lot of cockroaches both bedroom and washroom and Ac was not functional- they come and checked twice after that no one came - very HOT in the room very bad experience

Staff was helpful and the location.
Literally everything about the hotel. There wasn't even toilet paper in the toilet. The room wasn't clean. The pillow covers and blanket which is supposedly white, looked to be brownish.
There was no hot water in the shower.
Called the reception to complain about both the hot water situation and the toilet paper, no one picked up.

I liked the location, cleanliness of the property and the heritage look they maintained was also really nice....
Hot water was not coming properly and other amenities provided by other 3 star hotels were not there... The restaurant was not open on Sunday and also the breakfast they provided was very limited but they have charged 150 / each person's and there was no choice as in other hotels...

Asthetics of the property and location at value for money.
Essential complimentaries must be mainatained, Charging ports were few and one was not so usable. In the deluxe room an extra chair and a table is appreciable.

Nothing much in particular
The room was given in the bottom floor hence no privacy as there was another guy sitting in front of the room making his calls so it was not comfortable.

close to centre and spacious bathrooms.
Mosquitoes in the room. no Wi-Fi working inside rooms. Rooms had smells and exhaust did not start. Told the owner about this and he said ‘nothing can be done’. TV did not had channels, so no use. Owner was kind of rude, did not answered positively about anything. No food allowed inside hotel but I saw him bring guests and serve inside.
