The location is great. The host is very supportive and understanding.

The WiFi is really bad. It almost doesn't work—we had to use 4G all the time. Minor things to improve: The management of smart lights is confusing—instruction would be helpful. The hot water tank is rather small and runs out quickly for several people. Microwave in the kitchen and coffee machine would be a valuable addition. Mattress can be somewhat slightly better. Bathroom fans can be less noisy.

I liked the good intentions. A lot of money was poured in the building to look elegant and high end. The appliances were new and good quality, the balcony was a nice spot to relax and the view was beautiful. The wifi was good. The beds were comfortable.

I was dissapointed in my first impression, maybe because we arrived 30 minutes early. In the fridge the bottle of water had been used, there was no toilet paper, no complementary shower gel or shampoo, there was dust on the floor. The towels were only for 2 people, even if the booking had been for 4, and the big beige ones were worn out to the borderline of see-through. In one of the cabinets the dust was thick on some papers and other utensils probably used by the workers. A few cups and mugs were chipped. The parking is up on the hill, quite far from the entrance door, and for us it was 15 euro/day. To reach the beach, you have to descend through the building a lot of stairs that are quite dirty. I observed a few bags of smelly garbage that were there for at least 2 days. Envelopes with bills were scattered near the elevator, dated a few months. The entrance on the stairs from the street was appaling, maybe because the managers did not feel like it was their responsability, but still. Our contact person only answered my first question, then no answers until we left. I took pictures to prove my statements, but I wil not share them here as dirt is the same everywhere.

It was not organised at all. First of all it was absolutely dirty. Not enough linen, pillows, towels for the amount of people property was rented for. Nobody met us in apartments and didn’t show us how to use. Wifi was working badly. No soap provided, no parking provided. We were offered to take it for 15€/day!!!

Amazing beach and sea view, modern recently refurbished apartment.

We were a bit disappointed by a series of small hassles. It was ok but would not stay here again. Meeting for the key and paying by cash only was quite a hassle, especially as we had expected to be able to check in at harmonia hotel reception (different company). The apartment was refurbished, but a bit unfinished with exposed electrical wires, and the kitchen not being well set up with the dishwasher not unpacked and some equipment missing, other stuff on 2m high shelves etc. no clothes drying rack. We managed ok, bit more information about parking and how to get to the beach would have been helpful. Note that secure parking on site is 15 euro per day. Free off site I guess. Navigate to duckley, as harmonia on Google maps is the wrong location. My review is a bit harsh as I think this place could be much better in future!

It was modern and it had a good soundproof window and wall system. It was safe and had a nice view

Since it was an apartment it lacked a few utensils in the kitchen
