Room was very good size.
Clean.
Bathroom good.
Location is convenient, a bit out of centre but light rail is so good in Bielefeld.
Wifi was not adequate, signal too weak and was dropping out.
Fridge was a bit noisy, but a fridge is good.
Bed was not great.

Sehr laut, da direkt an Hauptstraße mit Straßenbahn und einigen Krankenwagen, sehr heiß, da nicht klimatisiert, kein Aufzug, trotz 4 Etagen, kein Frühstück, keine Minibar, Haare in der Dusche, wackeliger WC-Sitz, Zimmer nicht zu verdunkeln,

The team is great - nice girl on the reception, good communication when you have any requirements or questions, excellent cleaning.
Clean room, soft bed. Everything is simple but functional.
The hotel is close to the street with city traffic. So, if you want to sleep longer, you should close the window so the sound of tram will not disturb you. It’s not a problem, just a thing to take into account.

There could have been better sign posts to the hotel, i drove past it twice.

An immaculate, minimalistic room, booked in a non intrusive way. No staff. No crowded room. No breakfast. You’re on your own. I mean all this as positive. Yes, it’s the bare essentials, but it works. Recommended 100%.

The room was spacious and clean and modern.There is a park five minutes from the property.
Creepy ambience. You could hear people walking by your door and I never saw someone at the reception or cleaning. There is nothing in the area.

Room was nice and clean.
Other guests were very loud and aggressive. Since there is no front desk, there was no way to contact anyone until the next morning. Had a very stressful night and the next day they got back to me but I already decided to look for another accommodation as I didn't feel safe to spend another night there. Also the location is very isolated.

Location is ok!
The heating was off. you couldn't turn it on and it was pretty cold. I booked a double room and there was only one blanket for one person in the room.

Excellent service and allowed us to check in early.
The tram was very loud and so was the traffic. Not a.place if you are a.light sleeper.

There wasn't any parking space for bikes.

Good location, plenty of motelo park spots. Clean and nice rooms. The employees were very friendly and helped us with our questions from the app with lightning speed. really loved the service. even with the covid restrictions everything was perfect.
