Nuestras unidades de alquiler de vacaciones fueron recientemente remodeladas con su comodidad en mente y están totalmente equipadas con todo lo que necesitará para una estadía placentera. Esta unidad es de dos dormitorios, 1 baño, con un sofá desplegable en la sala de estar para invitados adicionales en el primer piso. Encontrarás vistas del océano, las montañas de Alice, una cascada idílica en el patio trasero. ¡Nos encantaría tenerte como nuestros huéspedes y estamos felices de responder cualquier pregunta que tengas mientras planeas tu visita!
NOTA IMPORTANTE
* Hora de check in: después de las 4 pm - antes de las 9 pm

La casa fue remodelada con un acabado moderno para garantizar un hogar impecable y acogedor para nuestros huéspedes. Cada habitación y área para dormir está cuidadosamente equipada con persianas para ayudar a nuestros huéspedes a dormir bien en la tierra del sol de medianoche.
La cocina cuenta con un gran espacio para cocinar y está completamente equipada con todo el equipo que necesita para preparar comidas y bebidas.

This was the ideal spot for my family during our stay in Seward. Not only is this condo in an ideal location, it’s absolutely impeccable inside and out. The interior furnishings are welcoming and very comfortable. The outside is a truly special surprise with an amazing waterfall and gathering spot. Steven was an amazing host and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

This was a nice place to stay. The location was great and we encountered few issues in our stay, which were easily addressed. The place was very clean. There is a beautiful waterfall in the back of the place and seats to enjoy it.
This is a good place for people who appreciate a quiet stay and don't want to stay up late partying. The owners/managers live on site and ask for quiet after 10pm. Check in was supposed to be by 9:00pm, which we did not know about and could not do, but we were able to make special arrangements and stayed very quiet upon our nearly midnight arrival.
The refrigerator and cabinets were free of prior residents' items, which can be both good and bad. Good since you find a clean fridge and cabinets, but the downside is that you will have to buy everything incuding condiments, spices, sugar, coffee, etc. Also, I felt bad throwing away these items at the end of our week long stay.
We appreciated the washer and dryer! We hiked most days and appreciated being able to wash our clothes.
You may wish to bring a small nightlight for the restroom and night trips there, and an extension cord or power strip making it easier to plug in no matter which side of the bed you sleep on.
Overall we had a great stay and would keep this on our places to stay list. Thanks to Steven and Mimi for their great hospitality.

Well equipped, immaculate, and conveniently located condo. The condo is three tenths of a mile from the harbor and downtown. It has a beautiful backyard complete with waterfall. The condo has all amenities, the only downside is the spotty WIFI. I would highly recommend this location.

Seward isn't all that big so regardless of where we had been it probably would have still been convenient, but one of the activities we had signed up to do was literally across the street from this place which was nice. The house was clean and comfortable and everyone we met there was very nice. With four adults staying there it could have been nice to have an additional bathroom, but we made it work with no issue. We didn't know we'd want to use it, but greatly appreciated having the washer and dryer available (we spent an entire day out in the rain... well, actually pretty much the entire time we were in Seward it was raining! Can't control that though!) Depending on where you were the internet was spotty. That could have also been related to the number of people on it trying to use it. Overall we were happy with our stay! It had what we needed and we were cozy there!

Great location for what we planned on doing, and house was modernized and well-equipped. However, the wifi was very, very inferior. So much so, that we had to use our mobile hotspots to watch the SmartTV. Also, we could not get the AC to regulate to our desired temp.

We enjoyed our time at this location. It was clean, spacious, and very conviennent. The manager greeted us at check in and showed us around and was very helpful. The house and yard were beautiful.

We had a wonderful time in Seward-the suite was a perfect fit for us! Easy walking distance to everything! The property was clean, well equipped and quiet. Will recommend to friends for sure!

Peaceful getaway with a great view
Communication with Steven was easy and prompt. He definitely went the extra mile for us and we really appreciated it. The property was beautiful and in a good location. The suite was spotless and had everything you needed, as advertised. Utensils and wares in the kitchen, soap for laundry, etc. The house is just a little off the main road, so it is convenient but quiet. I would highly recommend this for anyone looking for a clean, peaceful getaway.

Great stay at Chalet of Seward
The Chalet was perfect for our week in Seward. The property is newly rehabbed and immaculate. Fully supplied kitchen, comfortable beds, great shower and laundry in the unit. Very convenient, from the digital keylock system, to the easy walk to downtown, and free parking.
Steven is a charming host. He told us that owning this property is a dream come true for him and it shows in how well it is maintained, and in how well-cared for we felt staying there.
We will definitely stay here again when we return to Seward.

Incredible Property
This was my first rental with VRBO and it was awesome! The home was clearly newly remodeled inside and very clean. The inside appearance was absolutely immaculate and it fit perfectly for our family. I’ll definitely look to rent this property again. Steven was very nice and accommodating!
