We had a wonderful time visiting Old Orchard Beach for the first time. The condo was right on the beach, clean and well equipped. Maria was a great host and the communication was great. Will be our first choice when we visit Portland again.

Maria was very helpful and responsive. The condo is well located and it’s a quick walk to downtown. The balcony was perfect for wave watching.

Our family vacation was wonderful. The views were amazing. The condo had everything you needed and steps to the beach. The pier was a 10 min walk and had all the games and rides for the kids. Would love to book again next year.

Maria, the property owner, was the most responsive and helpful owner I’ve ever dealt with. All issues (none major) were responded to asap. The property is actually as it looks in the pics, which I also appreciated very much! We would love to stay again.

Everything was amazing, from the easy checkin, location, view! The condo has everything you need for the beach, so no need to pack it, the kitchen is fully equipped, Maria was wonderful, and 2 parking spots!! We are hoping to stay again next year.

We had a wonderful time. Enjoyed the closeness of the ocean both for us and our coffee in the morning and with the kids and the beach. It was wonderful to open the sliding door and listen to the waves as we went to sleep. The kids loved the loft and plenty of room for the family.

It was so incredible to look out onto the water. The view is beautiful and the location is perfect for a quick walk to the beach. My mom hasn’t had the best health recently and it was nice to bring her to Maine and the relaxation this place provided. The only downfall was we have a little guy (3) and the stairs made me so nervous. There is also only one bathroom compared to the 2 listed. Overall a great stay.

We had an excellent time. The location was the perfect distance to the pier and yet far enough to enjoy the beach not being overly packed. The neighbors were great and very helpful. The apartment was all that we had hoped for and had everything we needed for a great stay. Thank you for letting us enjoy your place. Hope we can do it again next year!

I loved staying here. It was clean, modern, conveniently located, and had a great view of the ocean. The only downside was having to pack sheets/towels/soap/shampoo but it was not too big a deal. The host was very responsive. Thank you!

Short fall getaway
Being on the water was just what we needed to relax for a couple days. We would walk to the pier and into town for coffee at Cafe 64 each morning. It was beautiful! Stopped at Lisa's Pizza one day for fried dough, it was just as delicious as my grandma used to make for us.

Beach vacation in Maine
Place and location perfect. Views from property priceless. However, if you are wanting to explore the local beach stores and activities you should plan your trip before October 15th as most of the business close for the season.

Fall getaway
We would definitely stay here again. The location cannot be beat, you are right on the beach with a lovely deck to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine. With the sliding glass door open the sounds of the waves put you to sleep. The space was perfect for our family of three, very clean, great location on the beach and and easy walk to the pier. We enjoyed walking towards Saco on the beach. Fun little area to play in on the beach.

Maria’s condo was absolutely perfect for our family of five. We have three boys, twins age five and a seven year old who absolutely loved sleeping upstairs in the loft!! You can’t get any more closer to the ocean. It took us longer to put sunblock on the kids than it did to walk to the beach. Maria was super responsive to any messages receive which was comforting. This was our 8th trip to Maine in the summer and we have tried out different locations and places to stay. This one by far was the best location, close enough to the Pier to walk, but far enough away that the evenings were super quiet and relaxing. Thank you again Maria for a wonderful stay!!

The property was clean and exactly as advertised. Maria, the owner, was great and checked in on us to make sure that everything was going well. Close enough to walk down to the pier and far enough away to avoid the noise and crowds. We stayed with very good friends. It would be close quarters if you didn't stay with people you are very comfortable with. Otherwise, we had a fantastic time....would definitely recommend this property.

Quiet with beautiful view of the icean
Maria was wonderful! We had an issue with the WiFi and she responded within three minutes! This is in a quiet part of town but is still walking distance to the pier. The view from the balcony is amazing. Highly recommend!

We stayed for 2 weeks in this Condo and loved being steps away from the beach. The place was very nice and was nearby many restaurants and activities that we could do during our stay. Maria was very helpful when we contacted her and prompt with her responses. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Please note that this is not a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo. This is a one-bedroom, sleeping loft, one-bathroom condo. The place is nice, clean and has a fantastic view of the ocean. It was quiet and convenient. Having access to the parking garage was a plus. Having to bring our own linens was a pain.
