Gleich Nähe Bahnhof und nicht weit zur Innenstadt und trotzdem ruhig. Zugang per Code, also kein check in. Neuwertig und sauber
Klima funktionierte bei unserem Aufenthalt nicht, was im Mai noch ok war.

La communication avec le propriétaire a été très facile et avec le self check in, j’ai pu arriver dans le logement très vite après avoir atterri, étant à 2 min de la gare qui mène directement à l’aéroport en 6 min.
Il y a un ascenseur et la rue est calme, mais à 5 min à pieds de la zone touristique.
J’ai beaucoup aimé la chambre, très lumineuse, avec vue sur des arbres et accès au balcon, très calme, lits très confortables, propre.
Cuisine très agréable aussi avec machines à café, fontaine à eau et possibilité de se faire un jus d’orange frais pressé le matin.
Le petit déjeuner est en self service, la table est dressée avec soin. Je regrette cependant le manque de choses salées comme des œufs, tomates, huile, fromage frais etc. Des prises anti moustiques seraient utiles aussi.
A part cela tout était parfait, je recommande.

The place was wonderfully clean, the room comfortable and well organised, the check-in, and the location was superb- 1 minute walk from the train station, less than 5 minutes walk to the city centre and the marina area, and 5 min walk to the bus station. And the breakfast was decent and simple. Couldn’t ask for a better wholesome bnb experience.
Nicola, the owner, was super nice and always available to tackle any question or problem I had, and he let me keep my bags in after checkout until my flight time. (Thank you Nicola for everything!!). I highly recommend Cramu!
The sound of the toilet aspirator was a bit loud but certainly just a minor annoyance.

Great location just minutes from the train station and easy check in. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable and there is very little city noise – made it easy to sleep well! AC worked well enough despite a very hot week.
At times there was quite a bit of noise (music) from inside the B&B. As was travelling for work, this was somewhat frustrating during the daytime. The breakfast was adequate with yogurt, fruits, bread, and pastries; it would have been nice to have some more fresh/local cheese, bread and pastries rather than the individually wrapped items -- not great from a sustainability perspective!

It was very nice, the only issue was with breakfast, we were expecting fresh bread.

The owner was very kind to let us leave the luggage after the check out as out flight was late in the evening.
When booking the accommodation via Booking, you are paying VAT + local taxes, when you are in the apartment the host is asking AGAIN for local taxes.
Breakfast IS included but note it is a self serving & self cooking. Some items (as oranges for fresh juice) are quite limited.
We stayed 2 nights, our towels were changed but beds and cleaning were not done from one day to another one.

comfortable room with a cosy shared kitchen. It has a very good location, near to the railway and bus station. Beaches are also easily accessible. Kind and helpful crew. Delicious and various breakfast.

Everything was very well! Really! We was even allowed to check in earlier, so we didn't need to wait for ~2 hours at the train station with bags instead of walking around the city :)

Great location, very close to the train station, easy to get to / from the airport. In addition, there is an bus station nearby, where you can go, for example, to the Poetto beaches. Also very close to the center and the historic part of Cagliari.
The apartment is small, but very clean, and the owner changes the towels every day. The bed is large and very comfortable. Generally available, quite a large well-equipped kitchen.
I gave a rating of 9/10 because of the breakfast served. It was very plentiful, but most of the available items are milk flakes, sweet bread or various types of biscuits. As for me, it lacked some warm ones, such as sausages or, above all, eggs in the form of boiled eggs or scrambled eggs.

The stay was great, lovely room and helpful staff. They allowed us to keep our bicycles on the balcony which took away any concerns
This is a minor point. We found instructions overwhelming.there’s was too much, simplify info.
As we were last to breakfast we found a mess from other guests and many things were eaten however the breakfast was good.

Marcus was thoughtful. He was present upon arrival. He allowed us to leave our luggage until flight time and gave us the key to the house so we could pick it up. Breakfast was very good with fresh fruit, freshly ground Lavazza coffee (including decaf for my wife), a multitude of pastries, cheese and other dairy products, deli meats, soy milk and almond milk. (I didn't taste it, but I suppose it's important for others). ;)

The b&b is located within a short walking distance from the trainstation. The shower is really comfy, and the breakfast is plentifull and has for everybody something to offer. Great place.
I didn't check my booking message and here the instruction for checking in was provided. After a short what's app all was quickly fixed.

Location was great, close to marina and main square. Breakfast was prepared and laid out very well every day. Water and other refreshments were always avaialble. Apartment was modern, very comfortable and clean. Towels were replaced each day. Host was very helpful and was always available to assist.
The air-conditioning in the rooms could not keep up with the heat.
Also the lift is very old and not as reliable as one would wish.

The apartment is located really close to the train station and in a very good location to explore the city center of Cagliari. We were there just for a night but we enjoyed it very much, the room was very clean and the bathroom too. We appreciated the possibility of doing a late check in as our flight landed quite late. Breakfast was also very good, it was a buffet with all packed in single options because of safety measures but we enjoyed it very much. Communication was quick and responsive, I would definitely recommend it!
some channels of the tv didn’t work but honestly that is all, you don’t come to Sardinia to watch tv :)

Everything was perfect! Room was clean, beds were comfy, breakfast had everything you would wish for! The host was super friendly too! The location is perfect! We arrived with the train from the airport and it’s only 2-3 minutes from there. Some cute bars, cafes and restaurants are also very close! Everything else in town is close and reachable per foot! I would definitely stay here again :)

The host Nicola is super useful, he gave us advices about local food choices and was helpful all the time. The room are very clean, kitchen is well equipped and breakfast was really good. I really appreciate the effort Nicola put in his business.
Everything is great at this place apart from the bed. The bed linen looks and feels like it was used 9999 times already and must be changed and also double bed consists of 2 mattresses placed near each other which has a space in between - quite uncomfortable.

Amazing place to stay in Cagliari! I wish I could stay longer then just one day. It's close to the station (really, it's like 2 minutes walk!) and to the main street in the city as well. Place is super nice, clean, beautiful - I loved all small designers details inside. Breakfest was great, I could not ask for more! I felt also very safe due to all covid restrictions in the apartment.
And the host is very nice. Nicola - thanks again for everything!
