This place was awesome, one of the best places we stay so far! Exceptional view, well organized appartment with everything You might need throughout your trip!

This is an apartment with fantastic view to the ocean – it DOES have it, same as on pictures. If you have experience renting a room which looked marvelous on pictures and got view on an empty wall or construction site instead you know what I mean. Apartment was packed with all we might need – the host did brilliant job preparing literally for everything: vacuum cleaner, extra bed cushions for long stay, stuff for cleaning - everything was there. I was worried we would miss air conditioning- no, it is comfortable without one, daytime temp was up to 29, nighttime temperature was 19. We contacted host via chat and he responded quickly and was very helpful.

Just a note to my fellow travelers- the area is a bit far and going to the nearest shop/restaurant takes a while (40 min minimum) because it is uphill. Walking to the nearest beach by foot - don’t recommend, not safe. You can use buses to get around the island, but I recommend renting a car.

I loved the view and how the flat has anything you need imaginable for living cooking etc, and plenty of storage space. Internet was outstanding, lightning speed, and stable. The host was highly responsive and always helpful. Check-in experience was perfect.

Workplace wasn't too easy to use. There is a large comfy desk that pulls out and can be used for work. But its facing the TV/wall, with light coming largely from the side/behind (not optimal for zoom calls). I found myself working off the small foldable table instead, and that was a little uncomfortable at times, although nothing major.

Carlos was an excellent host and we absolutely loved his apartment! The check in instructions are perfect (including the video as our GPS tried to take us somewhere else :) ). Carlos was very communicative and friendly. The apartment is fabulous - the view of the ocean is amazing and the studio is designed in incredibly clever way and very well equiped with anything you might need during the stay. The location is pretty quiet and we got great night`s sleep throughout our stay. The supermarkets and restaurants are just a short drive away and Carlos made sure to prepare a pack of recommendations and leave them in the flat. I wouldn`t change a thing about our stay and I would definitely come back. This was probably the best place we have ever stayed in!

There is nothing to dislike, everything was excellent.

The view, The view, thé view… Never had such wonderful view from a rental studio: the Atlantic Ocean and the Teide volcano in just one incredible picture. Like they would say in a Michelin Guide: “vaut le voyage” this alone is worth the voyage. But apart from this: Carlos’ studio is super bright, super neat, super new. In one word: super for the price you pay. Yes it’s small but everything is arranged in such an intelligent way that two people can stay here with all the comfort they could wish for.

If possible we would have given a 9,8… We would have given a 10 weren’t it for a very small item: the bed makes a strange noise when you get up (probably fixable with checking the lattoflex under the mattress… or guests being younger and not needing to get up in the middle of the night ;-)

Small but extremely good equipped apartment, everything one could imagine necessary for stay. Furniture and equipment is new or almost new and set in style. A big modern TV connected with a high speed internet. Amazing view from the balcony.

The view is amazing! The apartment was the best equipped/supplied I’ve ever stayed in. But you need that because there is nothing other than houses nearby.

A car is a must. Beach not accessible.

The staff of the apartment is so nice! He always replies so quickly and even let us check in early and also check out at 12:00. You almost can get everything u want in the apartment! Including Netflix, wine, coca cola and a bottle of water. Highly recommended!

A very clean apartment with the gorgeous view towards the ocean and Teide. Perfectly equipped - you find everything what you need for your stay. Might seem to be a little bit small, but for 1 to 2 person it is fine. A very friendly communication and a very easy key handover. Also location is good, although I had a rental and didn't care about public transportation. There are plenty parking places just in front of the house.

Accommodation in a quiet environment. Beautiful view from the balcony. The view never gets tired, it was great to have dinner on the balcony and listen to the sound of the ocean. Perfectly equipped kitchen, I did not miss anything. Comfortable bed, smaller space but very well designed storage space. Parking right in front of the entrance, plenty of space, there was always free space. Owner very nice and helpful.

Very cozy, small apartment. Beautiful view. It's not getting hot. Lot's of amenities, extra seats, tables, etc. Check-in via keybox. Great location, many cool places reachable within 30-60 min.

Sometimes fridge was making funny noise (I could hear it only at night). There was a single mosquito inside, I couldn't kill it ;).

Everything was exceptional, the view is unbelievable, the apartment was well equipped and the whole place is really quiet, which is great. It was really easy to park the car in front of the complex and the owner is was superfriendly. I hope that soon I will come back. I highly recommend this place!
