I was able to get to all my locations within walking distance or a short drive. The hotel kinesthetics made my stay pleasant. The hotel taxi pick up was also very useful. The room was very nice.

The hot water in the shower took very long to warm up. I would prefer to settle my bills straight away. I would also like to pay online via the online Booking. I only had two meals, I did think they could have been improved

I enjoyed the stay here. The rooms are big and clean. The garden is very inviting and it's quiet. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.

The hot water pressure could be better but staff said they would work on it.

No real ‘complaints’ - just a couple of small touches which I mentioned to staff on check out would bring it up to excellent!

Everything except the “lack of tv” and “late breakfast” on my last day due to management inability to open kitchen on time
