missing and broken kitchen utensils, broken items such as outlet cover on floor, window shades broken and missing window shades on all windows; unsafe outlets not GFI near all sinks; much untidy items strewn around the condo including missing game pieces, notepad with child drawing, books not neatly stacked, open wires and speakers that do not work; odd devices hanging from TV's; had to use bed sheet to cover windows with no window shades.

Fun and close to the lifts!

Very comfortable and homey. Perfect size for two adult couples. The unit had everything we needed. A little maintenance on a few items is needed but still a great place to stay.

Needs a little maintenance. The oven door on left side is loose and needs a screw. The stovetop on the left side does not work. The heater in the master bathroom does not work (not a big deal since it was warm but would be appreciated in the winter months) and the towel bar opposite the toilet in that bathroom fell - we poot it back together but it needs tightened. We coffee table was very wobbly and we tightened the bolts to fix it but other furniture probably needs to be checked. The thermometer on the balcony is stuck at 73 degrees (not a big deal but those of us coming from very hot climates are sometimes curious about how cool it is right outside the door). None of these made our stay a bad experience. On the contrary, it was wonderful.

Facilities are very tired. In urgent need of a refurbishment.

Very fine for our purposes. Close to a slope. Easy to get into. Clean. Good communication.

Everything was in good condition. The there was plenty of split and dried wood for the fireplace, all of the fixtures were in good condition, and the built in space heaters in the bathrooms were a nice touch!

No complaints.
