It was very clean and the staff was super nice

The water from the shower lliterally trickles.

Keypad entry, in room washroom/shower, comforter, cleanliness, tidiness, and food restrictions.

Felt a bit. anxious when I received a message in the middle of my four day stay with two nights remaining, asking if I had checked out. I simply had gone to work and left my tidied bed in wait while out living my day. Upon contacting the office my query was met with professionalism and kind service and matters were quickly resolved. Thus, no complaints, just a suggestion against quick conclusions. A more regular inspection of the pillow and mattress comfort level could be afforded as well. Thanks regardless.

C'était moins pire de ce que je pensais en lien avec les commentaires. Il ne faut pas s'attendre au luxe compte tenu du prix. C'est le plus bas prix que vous pouvez trouvez à Toronto et tout près du centre-ville. Donc, si vous n'êtes pas trop difficile, j'ai vu pire comme motel et auberge de jeunesse! Le lit était confortable. La chambre était propre. L'équipement était convenable: petit frigo, cafetière et bouilloire, mais défraichi. Les gens étaient respectueux et silencieux lors de notre séjour (heureusement car on entend tout dans le corridor). Sur notre étage, il y avait des chambres simples et des chambres dortoirs. L'employé à bien répondu à nos questions et avec politesse. Plusieurs petits restaurants et cafés sur la rue. Le streetcar passe devant l'hôtel. À 30 minutes à pied du centre-ville et de la Tour du CN. Je me suis sentie en sécurité le soir sur cette rue.

Tout est une question d'attentes. Mes attentes n'étaient pas élevées et je m'attendais à pire. Nous avions une chambre un peu plus défraichie versus celle qui était à côté de nous (nous avions la chambre 203). Le papier peint décollait à quelques endroits (ce qui est normal en raison du taux d'humidité qui augmente considérablement dans la chambre suite à une douche). Le bureau était défraichi (tâché et ondulé par l'eau), la fenêtre ne fermait pas bien et donc, nous pouvions entendre parfaitement tout ce qui se passait sur la rue et ce, à toutes heures du jour et de la nuit. Cela a été particulièrement pénible le samedi soir avec des gens qui faisaient la fête. Il y a un jour d'au moins 2 pouces sous la porte, ce qui fait en sorte qu'on entend parfaitement les gens qui parlent dans le corridor. La porte pour la douche n'ouvrait pas complètement. L'idée de créer un espace toilette-douche-lavabo est ingénieux pour rentabiliser l'espace. Mon seul commentaire par rapport à la "chambre de bain" est qu'il est préférable de prendre une douche le soir plutôt que le matin ou bien d'apporter des sandales que pour la douche car le plancher demeure mouillé pendant plusieurs heures. Donc, en hiver, je ne voulais pas mettre mes bottes pour ne pas tout salir le plancher et la douche et donc, je devais enlever mes bas si je voulais aller à la toilette ou utiliser le lavabo pour ne pas être mouillée. Pour un court séjour, seul ou avec une autre personne, c'était quand même confortable. L'endroit semble miteux, mais ce n'est pas si pire que ça. Non, ce n'est pas le luxe, mais il faut être réaliste par rapport au prix payé. Pour ma part, cela m'a permis d'économiser sur l'hébergement. J'y retournerais sans problème, mais je demanderais à avoir la chambre 204 qui semblait mieux.

The location is really good

It could be a really good place tbh, there are a few things that could be changed and make it easy better easily. Toilet flush gets stuck and won't stop flushing water. More than a week there and didn't get my sheets changed even tho they say they do it... "Housekeeping" will come into the room like 5 times a day just to check. Don't have any kitchenware (mugs, bowls, spoons....) So get yours. Bunk beds are very squeeky, anyone moving a bit would wake up the others. For the rest you have what you pay for. If you are just passing by the city of god enough, but if you are planning on staying several days..... might not be the best

They don’t have lockers in the shared rooms, which makes you to leave stuff outside. They also rent towels… something I have never seen in my life…

C'erano diversi insetti morti nella camerata, non era presente un lavandino in bagno, il mio letto non era pulito e l'uomo nel letto inferiore al mio era sotto l'effetto di qualche sostanza e mi dava i brividi. Non ho visto nessun membro del personale (sempre che esista). Sono scappato la mattina successiva.

The price was very attractive for the location A very cheap place for someone who doesn’t care about privacy, resting and meeting people.

The place is not very safe from outside No h24/24 check in so be careful register before if you don’t want to pay extra The heat in the room was too hot and we were not able to turn it off or change the temperature. we couldn’t open the window, and breeze. The bed are stuck to the heat it’s dangerous with the temperature of the heat. We did not sleep good. No sharing space, not easy to make friends The bathroom is inside the room of a 6 girls sharing room, you can’t have privacy in the room there is only a shower curtain and you can see anything.

Te fastidian con mails para hacer un check in on line y darte un código para entrar. Escalera y habitaciones. No hay áreas comunes para socializar no cocina. Y no se puede comer en los dormis. Si querés modificar tu estadía te ponen excusas para cobrarte un día más siendo que habia lugar libre. Las camas hacen ruido y los colchones son finos.

近くにお店がたくさんあり便利です。 事前に、チェックインの時に必要な情報は、 メールで送られるので見落とさなければ 便利だと思います。 あとは、安いです。

フライト中で、電波がなくメールに気づかなかったのですが、スタッフの方は 「メール送ったのに、見ていない？」 と荒々しく答えて来たのが悲しかったです。 共用スペースが欲しかったです。

hola, mira pues tenía alojamiento en Palmerston y al llegar al establecimiento me dijo que estaba lleno, le digo si tengo reserva.. al enseñársela fallo mío que cogí una habitación compartida para mujeres..digo habla con ellas haber fallo mío podemos darle una solución para no quedarme en la calle.. habla con las chicas lo mismo comprenden la situación me responde que el de la chicas está completo también osea pago una cama y la vendes también? me presto WiFi mientras miraba otra cosa.. el caso que se le quedo una habitación libre y me propuso que pagará la diferencia a lo que no me negué, pero me dio un precio muy desmesurado y le dije iba a mirar otras soluciones.. a lo que el me dijo que me tenía que salir del establecimiento que cogía la habitación o me iba a la calle a menos dos grados y sin wifi.. vamos queme echaba a los lobos.. le dije que no me iba que había pagado una cama que no tenía y que me dejara estar ahí mientras se encuentra una solucion.. y el dijo que llamaba a la policía y me iban a sacar de alli.. como veía que había mucho problema le dije vale pago esa habitación bastante cara aunque se sale de mi presupuesto a lo que me contestó que ya no habría habitación para mi ni aunque se quedara libre alguna de chicos... osea un trato pésimo me trato como a basura

Die Lage war super. Zu Fuß etwas weiter, aber dennoch gut machbar. Die Busstation in der Nähe, für die, die nicht so gut zu Fuß sind. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war ok.

Kein Fahrstuhl, mit Gepäck leider etwas anstrengend in den 2. Stock zu kommen. Etwas laut aber mit Ohrstöpsel kein Problem. Das Bad ist etwas merkwürdig, da die Dusche auf Toilette und Waschbecken regnet und man nichts drinnen abstellen kann. Das Fenster lässt sich nicht öffnen und die Klimaanlage war zu laut um sie nachts angeschaltet zu lassen.

tbh I didn‘t expect much, but it was actually really good. The staff was extremely nice and the beds were confy as well.

The noise from the outside was kind loud. A board in the bathroom to put one‘s stuff would be great as well
