Difficult to find, the provision of a microwave made us think that we could use it for a meal but no cutlery or crockery or space was available, other families were very close! No where to sit inside. Pool was very cold and quite a walk.

way too expensive. total rip-off. not clean. no balcony. pictures do not show actual accomodation, though misleading. pool area not well maintained and uncharitable. communication totally anonymous. out of a normal 60sqm appartment the owner squeezed 3 units for rental! unbelievable!

The room and bathroom were clean. The bathroom is very cozy.

The window in the room is not suitable for ventilation. The room is very small and airless.

Awesome little apartment - excellent use of space. We have everything what we want. Pool is perfect and open to midnight. The entrance to apartment was coooool :).

The shower could be cleaner. Others were perfect.

Clean and good value

Struggled to get in touch with the staff. it was almost check in time and didn’t received any reply or messages and phone calls until the last hour. My booking was for 4 people but the sofa is two small for 2

location is amazing and swimming pool area so beautiful. Microwave, fridge and coffee machine in the room is a great addition.

Smell in the room was very bad. Can see that room wasn’t refreshed for a while. Not sure why but sleeping was impossible at all, might be because of smell but also bed and pillows was uncomfortable.

Well designed rooms, compact but with everything you could need for a short stay. The code access system was really convenient.

There was water damage in one of the rooms, which we were informed of just before check in. The damage was quite extensive and the room smelled very bad; damp and moldy. There was also mold in the shower. we had to leave the windows open for most of the stay to try and air the room, it did not feel healthy to be in there. I don’t think they should be allowing guests to stay in this room until the water damage is dealt with.

Distance check in with provided codes. Place it is small but well organized.

Probably some small things in the kitchenette area will be good like real glasses, plates, forks, knifes...

Although very small, the room was clean, well designed and appointed, with modern decor. The owner was concerned for our comfort when we complained and offered us a slightly bigger room in another complex, but we were too tired to move by the time we found the one we’d booked.

We were very disappointed by situation the room on arrival. we had been confused by the photos and thought we would be staying in a hotel complex, not a housing development. Now that we have visited the area, we understand that this is how it looks everywhere. The room is in an apartment that has been converted into three units. You can’t see the apartment number from the road, so it took us some time to find it. The hall between the rooms is narrow, and unfortunately, we had noisy neighbors. The room is 10 square meters and although it has been designed well, it’s hard to pack in a microwave, fridge, table, and bathroom into such a small space without feeling cramped. There is a large window over the bed but we needed to keep the blind closed for privacy. We never did find the four-minute walk to the beach. Moraira is a paved paradise like the rest of the Costa Blanca. Definitely not our thing. We had planned on staying two nights but left after one.

We had a very small but convenient and cozy room with a well sized bathroom with rain shower. The room was clean, it had a microwave and a Nespresso coffee machine with cups and good wifi. Check in is via Whatsapp by sending a copy of your ID after which you get the codes to open the door. It’s on top of the mountain in a huge urbanización. Views from there are very nice. The room itself has no view.

Make sure you have a car to reach it.

The room is very clean and wll organized with high quality facility. hot water volume is big and good temparature.. Electric password give convenience to clients.

no restaurant in this low season. have to driver 6 KM to another small town to have meal.

Probably the best town I visited in Spain. Magical views all around the place. Super modern facility. Would def go back.

Great place for relaxation in nature. In the morning You get beautiful view of mountains and the sea. The place had a pool, but the working hours were not convenient for 1 night stayers, because the pool opens 11 o clock. The place also had a mini refrigerator and microwave. Of course You have to have a car to reach the place! But no parking fee. Benitachell beach around is very nice.

There is no reception and people on the phone only understand and speak Spanish.

The location is great if you don’t want to be in the city center, really nice neighborhood, with free parking aside and pools. The room in new, well decorated and whit everything you need for a stay. A small fridge and even coffee machine. Is a really GREAT value!
