Absolutely love staying at the Inverness condos the view is amazing and the people and staff are great!

Love the large balconies at the Inverness over the beach right on the gulf. The condo had everything I needed for a great stay. Carol and her husband were super responsive and helpful with any questions I had. Loved the ocean art throughout the condo so views were wonderful inside as well as from the balcony!

We were satisfied. Location is great. Right on the beach and the nice balcony has an ocean view. Condo itself was clean, very well equipped and comfortable. The building is older and doesn’t present well. For some mysterious reason, we were given wristbands. We were also given only one lock fob, which wasn’t a major inconvenience but could have been a nuisance if we split up more often. I was pleasantly surprised that checkout didn’t involve any cleaning, just start the dishwasher and return the fob. Usually, we are asked to do some cleaning. We did try to leave things tidy but the minimal tasks required meant we could get on the road early.
Overall, great. No significant complaints, we would stay here again.

We actually cook while on vacation, so we were thrilled with how thoroughly the kitchen was stocked with flatware, utensils, pots, pans, both a regular and a keurig coffee maker, etc. Great view of and access to a clean beach. Beach is very walkable with firm sand, and ideal for making sandcastles. The complex is rather run down. Only one elevator was working. It has been out for 4 months. Two hot tubs were advertised, but the adult only hot tub was marooned on a deck, not attached to plumbing, with 6” of dirty water and empty beer cans floating in it. It was quiet while we were there in early February. Easy walk to multiple bar and grill joints with live music. WiFi is there, but so slow as to be nonexistent. Living room TV and cable worked well, but the bedroom TV did not have cable that worked. Bed was comfortable. Small cooler available to use on the beach.

This was the perfect place for our vacation. We loved sitting on the balcony enjoying the surf. It's right on the beach. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the condo suited our needs. We cooked when we wanted and went out when we didn't. Carol was very responsive and very helpful when we needed her. We definitely want to come back!

Greatest Vacation Ever!
This was the perfect place for our vacation. We loved sitting on the balcony enjoying the surf. It's right on the beach. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the condo suited our needs. We cooked when we wanted and went out when we didn't. Carol was very responsive and very helpful when we needed her. We definitely want to come back!

Great location and access to the beach. Nice lanai but not useful because of the lousy weather. The hot tub was wonderful. The furnishings were very comfortable and the condo was well stocked. The condo needs a deep cleaning and some updating. The shower head had very little water pressure.

We love the wide lanai here to just sit on lounge chairs, read, talk and watch the ocean. We also love to walk out the back of the building and take a long stroll on the beautiful beach, especially in the early evening. Our host was available for questions as needed and was very upfront about how she was cleaning the unit due to covid which we appreciated. We would absolutely stay in this unit again!

September Vacation
The condo was clean and exactly as described. The balcony was the best part as we sat out there most of the time watched the waves and listening to the ocean. It was so calming. The condo is very close to the beach which is what we wanted. Thank you!!!

We tried to turn in key fobs and was late getting on the road because noone showed up to open the doors. Was not even a drop box. But the lady Carol. She was very nice and helpful

Carol’s customer service is exceptional. I didn’t agree w/ the security deposit held on my card but she fixed and made the experience right. Communication was right away even though I didn’t expect it because I always plan ahead w/ my questions/ concerns. Even when we though we only spoke online, she sounds very pleasant and so island welcoming. I can relate because I’m from another island w/ welcoming hospitality as well. I think the price could of been a little cheaper because we don’t spend time in the room. I’m at the beach by 7:30 am/ 8 am sleeping the rest of my time on the beach, tanning, and beaching the salt ocean. We enjoyed our away from reality.

Condo was even nicer than we anticipated. Great view!! Building itself could use some updating and there were issues with the elevators being out of service at times but other than that our stay was great! And we know that this is not an issue or responsibility of this property owner but rather a building management issue.

A must stay!
The Owners of the unit, who live only two blocks away said that if we needed anything they would come. We did not want or need for anything accept for one thing. There was a tile flooring being removed in the unit above us. We contacted the owner of our unit and they called the property. Bottom line the issue was resolved in minutes. The kitchen had all of the appliances that you will need. This was our fourth trip to South Padre Island together. We highly recommend this 9th floor unit. You can’t beat the sounds and the view from the balcony.
We will be back.
