Hassle-free check-in and owner is always keeping in touch! Location is a bit far from city centre but we chose it coz it’s near Lost World and we have a big group. Complete amenities! Unable to take photos though.

strategic location n great scenary
the rules is very tigh only provide 3 car Park n not accept if guest arrival at mid night, the decoration in not children friendly all glass decoration every where its dangerous if wrong movement

i like everything about this place. the environment especially, surrounded by nature, cooling and quiet area. Biggest thanks to the host, very attentive host and super friendly.

Great place to chill - it’s near a lake. Nice house with interesting decor. Good security. It is near Lost World of Tambun theme park.
The house could do with some deep cleaning. There are cobwebs in a lot of places. The decor / furnishings are quite dated. The garden is not well kept. What is annoying is the fact that we were requested to check in after 3.30pm and requested to leave by 11.30am. Stated time is to check in by 3pm and leave latest 12pm.

The property was right beside the guardhouse. Felt safe throughout our entire stay!
Going out for a walk at the park was very enjoyable too!
Pretty minor. There were corners where spider webs were formed. Personally, it was the master bedroom toilet. Would be great if that was cleaned up. Other than that, generally everywhere else was very clean!

The host was patience enough to wait for my details as i was very busy prior to the visit. Provided all the info and easy to follow instruction. The house is very comfy and clean. Has almost everything you need (utensils, household items). 2 aircons in the living room. Ice-cubes in the fridge. The internet works great and there's unifi TV box to enjoy some streaming contents. Visitors can bring other TV box to connect to the TV too (full size HDMI connector). I stream the final UEFA champion league without problem or glicthes using my laptop. Comfortable enough for 3 families (mine with 2 kids, parents in-laws and sister in-laws with a small child).
nothing really but we were quite worried when the kids making noises as we can't control their "excitement" during the stay but that doesnt mean we can't enjoy the overall experience.

Everything is good, the house is corner unit viewing the mountain. Very calm place, good to be with family occasional. The house owner are friendly and guide everything by on call. The house are fully furnished. Aircond are so cold..

The house stated that they have microwave and oven etc but none not even rice cooker. And worst part the fridge and freezer was spoilt. Our meat refused to get frozen and milk spoilt. Maybe next time it would be good to alert us as we travelled from outer state with toddlers. Quite inconvenient

The scenery is nice and the house looks exactly like in the photos. The facilities and accommodation are great too. Definitely look forward to staying here again! Thanks Ms Jennifer.
