The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. I was surprised we had 3 full bathrooms! Having a washer in the unit was also a bonus. The facilities and main pool were very beautiful, clean and well maintained. The host was very responsive.

The beds were comfortable; however, the linens could use some updating. The towels were clean but most were stained.

Only one key was very difficult

The apartment is quite modern and looks like in the photos. Andrea (the rental property manager) was helpful, but all her help and attention couldn't compensate for the many shortcomings.

Next door (wall to wall) a huge construction of a new tower is taking place presently. The unbearable noise from constant drilling and knocking starts at 7 am and goes on until 5 pm. Plus the dust from the construction is present everywhere. What kind of vacation is possible under these circumstances? It looks that the construction will continue for many more months still, so this apartment is not suited for vacation or even normal staying at all! In addition, the private beach is also affected by construction - constant noise, dust, and dirt. About the private beach, I would also like to mention that renters are not allowed to use the sun gazebos (there were no other shade umbrellas). The gazebos are only for use by the owners of the condos. The first day we went to the beach, the security guard told us that we can't use the gazebos, so we had to leave as there are no other possibilities to hide from the sun. The entire beach doesn't have even a single tree! Also, the apartment had no coffee machine or a tea kettle (though it is included in the amenities!); the utensils are very old (not one usable kitchen knife), not even a normal frying pan. The TV has no cable or satellite connection, so not a single working TV channel either. It was the worst experience possible. We had to cut our stay short and move somewhere else! On the attached photo is the window from the apartment's kitchen and the construction site that is not even 3 meters away!
