The apartment is in a good location, in walking distance to the beaches of Anglet, with parking. Eric the owner responded quickly to our requests and was always very kind. The apartment is equipped fine.

Be aware. Eric requests a cleaning fee of EUR50, which I wasn't aware of at time of booking and to my knowledge is not mentioned in the add. It was a bit of a bummer to be confronted with these unexpected costs. Alternatively, we could have cleaned and washed everything to "as tidy as you found it". Also, the apartment is rather dark, due to large bushes in front of the house. This is probably also the reason that you have quite some mosquitoes in the garden and in the apartment. The lawn, if you want to call it that way, is not maintained well. The apartment could be significantly lighter, with less mosquitoes and better overall impression, if just the bushes where cut down to make light, and the small lawn would actually be a lawn.
