The room was well organized Clean and well maintained. Location is also very nice.

We are a couple and the room which was given to us had two different beds I mean after requesting also thy did not changed it so I would say they could have done it very easily but they did not bother about it.

Rooms r too small for 3 occupancy

I liked everything as it can be the comfort environment, co-operative and well behaved staff, cleanliness of rooms and outer areas including Shosha restaurant.

The thing that i don't like is the buffet as it is really limited if we compare it with its price range. I just got only 2-3 items that i thought were good to eat. Lack of shakes or smoothies and fruits, lack of snacks, lack of ice cream or healthy fresh fruit juice. The hotel must work and improve the buffet menu and expand it also.

The size of the rooms, lack of ventilation in the room as well as washrooms. The restaurant had limited options and was very much overpriced. While the quality of the food was fine, the service was poor during semi-peak hours. Kitchen staff and guest-facing staff must coordinate better

The rooms & bathroom are a little small for that price. Breakfast was good.

The rooms were small, and the breakfast was horrible. The staff were negligent. While checking in, I noticed that my name was misspelled in the reservation. I asked them to correct it, and they had my ID proof for reference as well. Despite that, they didn't bother to update it. During checkout, the receipt still had the incorrect information. I again asked them to correct it as I needed the bills to claim a refund, but they said their system wouldn't allow it once the bill had been generated. Waste of time and money. Stay at the Courtyard by Marriott instead. Similar price but much better rooms and service.
