Its very near to the centre
There is no ventilation in the room, there are baby cockroach in the room

By the roadside. Nearby to Toll exit. Ample parking space. Friendly staff. I booked the room for make up purposes. So it was pretty much comfortable and the staff even informed me earlier that there will be some electric connection issue that night.

The only good thing is the location in near the UPSI university.
The room was not clean, also there a lot of cockroaches, the lady communication was very bad, she is not respect the people, they clean the room every 2 days, the Wi-Fi service was very poor. the mattress not clean.
I advice any one before book more than 1 day to check first and whatever will take or not.

generally its a good stay. bath room new look all hardwares are new, clean place to stay
customer service need to improve (no warm welcome) basic needs of toilet is not adequate (tissue, no shampoo), tv & aircon remote not in order. only 4 tv channels but that also not clear.
