Proximity to Amsterdam centre. You have tram no 14 just in front of the hotel. Across the street there are many nice restaurants and cafes and the hotel offer 15% at one of the cafes. The size of the room is good.

It can be noisy as the windows are not sound proof, especially when your windows are facing the tram line and main street. A bit cold in the night as the main heating is done via air conditioning.

Comfortable beds.

We were unable to check in at the organised time because the cleaner had not finished. When we arrived back at 9pm and went into the room we found it had weed on the bedside, cigarettes and hairs in the bed. When I told staff of the mess, I was given a spray bottle and clean sheets to fix it myself. We were really unhappy with the quality of the stay for the money that we paid.

Room is really clean and bed is veerry comfortable. Love my room !

It is a bit far from city center ( 30 min by walk from central station) But If you prefer public transportation, you can make it easier :) (14 number)

I liked the location of the accommodation

The bed and pillow were very uncomfortable, the bed was old. The stairs looked very dangerous, so I only used the elevator. We had hair in the bed, we didn't get small towels after cleaning the housekeeper

Tram stop was right outside of the hotel.

We were charged for an extra night.

Location was great, right on the tramline, 10 minute walk to the red light district and 20 minute walk to the center but still quiet with a small selection amazing cafes and restaurants around.

Initially we were very rudely greeted by one of the member of staff who seemed very reluctant to have our booked room ready for us on time. We arrived at 10am and this man wanted us to not come back until after midnight and rolled his eyes at us for wanting our room ready at the given time on the booking.com website. This was thankfully remedied by the second receptionist that worked for the remainder of our stay who was very helpful and kind. Although the bathroom and bed linen was clean, the floor looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in years. Piles of dust in the corners, hairs and debris from other occupants and some of the towels were stained and torn.

You can freeze to death !! The hotel deliberetly cancel the heating in the rooms. It was so cold that i could not sleep and had headache. Even after I complained about the cold they put in my room a small portable radiator the didnt heat.
