Tactvol personeel, nette kamers, prima bedden en zeer verzorgd en uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet.
De hoofdkussens maar dat had blijkbaar geen probleem hoeven te zijn hebben we later vernomen. We hadden ergonomische hoofdkussens kunnen vragen bij de receptie maar dat wisten we helaas te laat. Misschien kan de dame of juffrouw aan de balie dat in de toekomst vragen aan de hotelgasten of er toevallig nood aan is.

Heel propere kamer, alles aanwezig, stapvoets van grote markt en winkelstraten. Zeer lekker ontbijt, heel vriendelijk personeel.

Enorm vriendelijke ontvangst aan de receptie.
Vieze sok over brandmelder, opgemerkt bij inchecken. Deze werd keurig verwijderd nadat we dit hadden gemeld.

Nice room. Quiet room with comfy bed. Clean and nice bathroom.
I was asked on arrival on my motorcycle if I'd like parking in underground carpark. Of course I said yes please. Only to find out next day when leaving I had to pay €16.50! I was not impressed with that to say the least.

This hotel has pleasantly surprised me. It was not too big, but quiet and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had excellent choices no matter you would like, all fresh and well organized. It was located in the centre of the city, walking distance to Grote Markt, stations, restaurants, bars and shops. Saturday there was a market close by. I would stay there again without hesitation. Highly recommend!

A very tidy hotel in a quiet street. Only 5 minutes walk to the main square. God secure underground parking.
