Location close to train station, beach, restaurants and supermarket. Breakfast was good and staff were nice and helpful. Cleaned room, new towels and made bed every day. Good value.
AC pointed towards bed. Broken remote and broken toilet seat.

All the staff was wonderful and were so helpful. The accommodation was so nice both the rooms and the common area. Nice bar and the breakfast was very good. I totally recommend staying there.

The food and the staff are absolutely wonderful. It was very pleasant to get back to the hotel after a day at the beach or shopping or just enjoying yourself and to sit outside on the patio area of the hotel with refreshments from the bar and have some social time was awesome! I highly recommend Hotel Gabrini and will defintaely return!

the Garden is very nice, but due to the extreme high temperatures, not really accessible
- the building and the rooms are very very old, this cannot be a 3 star Hotel. No value for the too much money paid;
- no possibility to use plug sockets if you have German plug. They also have no adapters in the House;
- the plug sockets are dangerous since they literally hang out of the wall (see pictures)
- the water tap in the bathroom is so old and dirty that every time you open the tap you risk a second shower
- no ramp from the Garden/Entrance to the Reception, you literally have to carry heavy luggage through every single step.
- please add a Comment in your description regarding Parking Space “First come first serve” because there is not enough space for all the guests/cars
I am sorry, but if you ask so much money you should also invest in the structure! For much less money, I wouldn’t have complained.

incredible views from the room/amazing breakfast with loads of fresh cheese and vegetables which we used to miss so much being away from home! the check in was available earlier because the room was already cleaned. Thanks a lot for a great stay❤️🇮🇹

The breakfast was really good, the bed very comfortable and overall the hotel really suited my expectations.

Very nice hotel in the centrę of Marina di Massa resort. Staff was fantastic. Breakfasts are very good. Strongly recommend to order other meals at the hotel.

The room was confortable and had a big bathroom but this was the biggest room so I assume the basic rooms are much smaller. The location is excellent very convenient to walk to the beach
Overall the area is quite expensive so the accommodation is fairly basic for what you pay but this hotel was reasonable. the staff generally avoid speaking English geared more to Italians.

Nice, friendly hotel with private parking. Good, clean room with balconey and view to the garden. Comfotable bed. Personnel mostly friendly.
Well, the hotel appears to be a little worn off. No light and no ash tray on the balconey. Door to balconey ratles loudly when opening or closing it. Wake-up knocking at the room door at 10:15 even though we agreed with the reception that we could stay in the room until 11:00.
