excellent location for ski in and ski out, access from underground car park and access to belle plagne facilities. v close to esf drop off and pick up reception staff were very good

for the price it’s quite small

An excellent location, ski-in/ski-out, close to ski school meeting points, 5 mins walk into heart of Belle Plagne shops & restaurants. 1 bed apartment is well laid out and practical, if very small. Onsite staff first rate, very helpful, very friendly.

Cleanliness of apartment could be better, it was just about passable, but quite dusty in places. Check in procedure is woefully bad, having to check a very long inventory and report how many glasses / plates / egg cups etc. are missing (in our case, many items were missing). And the Check out procedure is also quite a bit of work; strip bedding, fold all blankets, empty rubbish, put all kitchen items out of cupboards and onto the dining table for check-out inspection (that you have to book for your departure day). This really feels like a penny pinching approach, especially given the very high price paid for the week. Decoration is tired and needs updating. Rooms very small, but typical for this kind of resort. The wooden steps on the fiifth floor that lead out onto the piste are very slippery indeed and really quite dangerous in ski boots, easy to fall over here, and it should be remediated.

Location was good, good access to the slopes and the village and parking

Room was very small for the price, and quite run down. Listing said it came with bedding but this was very basic, sheets + blankets, listing also stated that all cleaning (except kitchen pots) was included, but we were asked to strip beds, fold blankets etc, before we left. There was only one lift in the property and this was not always functioning.

The location is the best bit about this hotel, dead easy to ski in, ski out. The price is also good value for the area.

There are no ski lockers and the accommodation is not the biggest, so it was a bit cosy in the apartment at night especially being in a studio.
