Hotel Gasthof Mitteregger -Best place in town with summercard and breakfast

My experience here was beyond amazing because of how warm this place is, it's a run family business, and I can sense the warmth and the soul in every corner of this hotel! We stayed for 3 days as a family of three, and we had an upgrade for an upgrade to suit our comfort! and we became instantly glad from the moment we stepped inside! The breakfast was simple but delicious, warm and the service was beyond amazing, We had a free parking spot, our room was an apartment that had 4 beds, multiple storing units, and two separate bathroom zones (toilet / shower). The location is very good, you could walk around Kaprun river and Kaprun center easily and quickly, and let me tell you ... the walk there is scenic! I want to thank the whole staff for this warm experience, especially Evelina, Mario, the breakfast lady and Sophie. they were warm hearted and always there for help, If i ever want to come back to Kaprun, this hotel will be the first reason!

They have to change the sheets it’s really not good and to clean the rooms more

No elevator to 4th floor

Perfect location very central with plenty parking space, very convenient if you travel by car. Walkable distance to gondola. Our room was new, deluxe equipted, spacious, comfortable and cleaned by the hotel staff every day. Spa area is clean and new, has 3 saunas, showers and beds for relaxation. Ski room available. Very polite staff.

Modest options for breakfast - very basic. Kind advice for improvement - add kettle for tea/ coffee in the rooms (we were aware these are not provided - so this is just an idea).
