It was very good experience in this hotel,is like a family resort,with a lot of activities, I will highly recommend,

The staff and the food were very good, very helpful at all times. Unfortunately i booked this hotel in a huge rush so the negative comments are at my own fault.

The noise level was unreal from the constant noise of the creatures in and around the woods, to the many many undisciplined screaming tantrum throwing children, who when not screaming and crying were running up and down the halls or using the reception areas sofas as climbing frames without anybody confronting them. But as i said totally my error, the clue was in the name family nature hotel.

The location, the room was clean and well equipped, the staff was very helpful

The bread in the breakfast wasn't fresh but everything else was great

The pool was closed but we were given access to one just up the road

Great breakfast, incredibly friendly staff, enough parking spaces. Window blinds on all the windows so you can sleep in late :)

The furniture in the rooms is a little outdated.

Near to the beach and very comfortable suites.

Less vegetarian food

Very poor breakfast

I do think that the Hotel have not followed the COVID 19 regulation! Quit many people was entering the Lunch/Dinner room without mask, no distance at all! And the Hotel staff just ignored this. We felt not comfortable in the Hotel! I do think we all in the same boot, and i am support that the business need to run, but not to all prices.. There is no respect to all doctors/nurses and other helpers, who works hard to help infected COVID 19 people!
