Hotel staff very friendlich and helpful, service was great !

The room was small but charming, thanks to the high ceiling and well placed furniture the room did not feel cramped, the bathroom was very spacious and quite new.

The room door didn't feel very secure.

the hotel really needs renovation. the facility is very old and not up to date in terms of furnitures, wall painting, the bed in the room was old and not looking clean, no small fridge in the room with water to drink, the towels were very thin and smells like vinegar, pillows are soft, blankets are thin as paper. the breakfast was nice, coffee was good and the people were very nice and hospitality was very good.

Location is so good. Just 5 min walk from the central station. Even though such location, calmness is also good, excluding City Road cleaning works in midnight.

Nothing really, if I had to say, I would like to improve TV channel list because there are only Italian programs...

The location is good for the Central Station and there are some great places to eat and drink nearby.

Very uncomfortable mattress. Tidy but minimalistic bedroom. The shower was clean but has seen better days. We had a night in Como at a Hostel for a third of the price the night before which was a 1 star but had great amenities in and out of the room. I was kind of hoping for a little more overall.

they didn’t want to let us check in until the full payment was received. usually the hotels do not make problems of it and one may pay also at check out . in the rooms the was not even a soap

Great Service and Great Staff

The staff was very helpful and nice. The room was small and cozy, clean and quiet. Staying a little longer on check-out day was not a problem. Main metro line to the city center was just aroud the corner and the hotel is just a 10 minutes walk from the main train station.

I absolutely loved my stay here! it was amazing! everything was super great! the room was nice in a really great location, was convenient for me since I was arriving and leaving from the central station, which is really close! the room was super clear, the bathroom especially! always pay attention to it! stuff was really helpful! definitely going to stay here again!
