Die Zimmer sind sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht, alle Wünsche zu erfüllen.
Die Auswahl für das Frühstück war ausreichend.
Für die Anfahrt mit dem Auto ist ein Pluspunkt der kostenlose Parkplatz.
Schade, dass das Hotel nicht in Strandnähe liegt, jedoch stehen Fahrräder und ein Shuttle zum Strand zur Verfügung,
Dieser Shuttle, ab 15. Mai im Einsatz, war jedoch bei unserem Aufenthalt wetterbedingt nicht verfügbar.

Sehr schöne geräumiges und ruhiges Zimmer mit Bick auf den Fluss und Pool. Sehr schönes Restaurant (haben dort zwar nur gefrühstückt). Frühstücksbuffet sehr reichhaltig. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Einzige herbe Enttäuschung war, dass an diesem Wochenende beide Strände aufgrund einer Militärflugzeugshow gesperrt waren. Da kann natürlich niemand was dafür, dennoch hätten wir uns gewünscht, dass uns das Personal darauf aufmerksam gemacht hätte, denn eigentlich kamen wir um endlich mal wieder das Meer und den Strand zu geniessen. Stattdessen bretterten Düsenjets über unsere Köpfe und begeisterten die Menschenmassen, die andernorts gerade davor fliehen.

Camera fantastica ! E' vero che soggiornavamo in una suite ma lo spazio e i servizi al proprio interno eccellenti e funzionali.
Piccolezze ma è opportuno segnalarle per migliorare sempre più il servizio.
In camera era presente un frigorifero ma al suo interno c'erano solo due bottigliette di acqua e questo per tutti i giorni del soggiorno. Inoltre non erano presenti i soliti flaconcini con shampoo e/o bagnoschiuma disponibili in tutti gli hotel di medio-alto livello in cui ho soggiornato.

First and most important, its very clean. Its very close to city historical centre, few minutes on foot. Parking is right next to the hotel. Staff is polite and check-in was really smooth and fast. Very nice pool, but unfortunately not heated. Good breakfast. Nicely set, next to marine.

Absolutely friendly and fun staff, everyone seemed motivated and easy to chat with, whilst respecting your choices and privacy if needed be.
We were remembered fast, and often asked "oh, where is the third guy?"
Absolutely nothing to dislike.
It is worth the price for sure.

Nice, clear hotel, close to the city center. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was great also, with a wide selection. We travel a lot, but we have never met such an excellent staff as here. Everybody is very kind, flexible and has really good humour. Because of this providing services, our future goal to return.

Location is great for when all the summer stuff is open. Staff is nice, friendly, and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean.
There wad no childcare. The indoor pool can't be used by children. Expensive for the off season.

Free bikes , beautiful car free biking along a canal , two minutes from hotel. Staff was amazing and rooms were super clean. Breakfast was excellent. I was there for a Film Festival so did not visit the beach resort area.

Everything was excellent, the food at breakfast and dinner and especially the courtesy and kindness of staff who work there. Nice room, nice swimming pool; very good place and very nice location.

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. The location is close to the center, about 10 minutes from the old town. There is also a shuttle service to the beach (walking time approx. 15 minutes). Great views from the rooms of the Caorle canal and the fishing port.
The temperature of the outdoor pool was very cold. Use of the indoor pool only with an extra charge.

Breakfast was very good and staff were excellent, only issues were foods weren’t replenished as quickly as maybe could have been.
Toast machine was very slow.

Excellent restaurant, great staff, always accommodating or even exceeding our expectations. Very clean, nice place. Good views of the canal.
We have asked for two rooms next to each other, and they were actually 50m apart. It is 20mins walk to the beach. The shuttle has a very limited capacity, so we have used our car every day instead. Wellness was closed.
