Nice hotel in splendid location, close to the centre of Venice and easy access to airport. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was good.

Room was small for the price paid, bearly adequate for two people to move around. The room quoted a bidet as part of the facilities... a small cleansing sachet was provided. I have stayed at this hotel before when it was a Best Western and I really liked it, however, I will stay somewhere else next time I visit Venice.

Good location, close to San Marco Square and easy access to all water taxis. nice sized room, staff were helpful and friendly.

The location was superb! Staff were helpful & courteous. Room was large & bathroom even had 2 sinks & a big soaker tub.

The soaker tub was wonderful after a full day walking around, & it should've had jets but they weren't working. The hotel offers free breakfast if you book through them but through a 3rd party like booking.com...(what the heck?)

location is brilliant, easy to get from airport and walking around beautiful city centre

room was too small and no windows! in theory there is one window in the sealing, but it was covered by shutters and curtains. and too high to open anyway...

The breakfast was fabulous! The beds were very comfortable and the room was gorgeous.

Having to get our suitcases up the stairs was an issue and we appreciated the staff's help.

Very nice location close to San Marco and close to vaporetto. Exceeded expectations for a hotel in Venice at this price range. Very good breakfast, especially the pastry, very nice view from the room, bathtub with jacuzzi, large and comfortable room.

Location is good, it's in the middle of San Marco. Boat stop to the airport is just a 100 meters. Breakfast was good enough. Staff was friendly and the room was clean.

More options for breakfast for those with dietary restrictions

Although I hadn't realised that I would be staying in their annex, which was a few-minute walk away across a piazza, bridge, through an outdoor restaurant and short alley, the room was very nicely decorated, very comfortable, quiet, and had the best shower equipment I've encountered (would love to have in my own house). So all together, this was actually a unique and charming experience even though I was expecting to stay in the main hotel as I had two times before when Best Western owned it (and they had a more impressive breakfast buffet). But I always enjoy relaxing with a drink on their roof terrace and it couldn't be more convenient to the Giglio vaporetto stop which makes it so easy getting back and forth from the train station.

This is a great hotel to stay at - very close to St. Marks Square, shopping, the Grand Canal and taxi services. The hotel was easy to find, very clean, great breakfast, very helpful staff, nice room and a lovely rooftop deck. We had a great stay and enjoyed it very much - I highly recommend this hotel in Venice!

The staff is really nice, the hotel is beautiful and ideally located, the breakfast was great and the room had everything we needed. Great bed, great bathroom.

Unfortunately there was no possibility for a late check out but the staff kept our bags for the day and let us hang out in the lobby.
