Couriuos way to estimate the "exchange rate". I booked a reservation by 76.000 clp aprox via booking and due to their own convertion exchange rate I had to pay 97.000 clp ....almost 30%+ ...

Spacious room so that it was possible to do Yoga, view onto the football field and the flexibility of the staff

I would have loved to have a possibility to make myself a tea or coffee in the room before going to the breakfast.

the staff was super gentle and kind

the very first time i walked into the lobby the smell was disgusting. Same thing in the room. Bathroom wasn’t clean.

Did not accept VISA and reception personel very harsh and aggressive. Answers to questions were unprofessional and very inflexible to find solutions (pay in euros ..)...

Restaurant and bar closed weekend it's not good idea

Excellent hotel in a quiet neighbourhood. Friendly and professional staff.

the bed was nice and big

the pillows were massive and very uncomfortable. The air conditioner very loudly. I couldn’t sleep much during my stay. I went to the reception in the middle of the night to ask for some earplugs and if they could change my pillows. The receptionist was not very happy to help me, and he said was so little he could do to help me. After being a little bit insisting he finally went to find me another pillow.
