For its price, it is an excellent place to stay. Unexpectedly big room for 3 people, clean and comfortable. Also, there is a small kitchen on the ground floor where we could have tea or coffee and leave our food in the fridge. very comfortable to reach this place from a railway station and city center. One a bit uncomfortable thing it's trams. They are quite loud. But I definitely can recommend this place to stay in Warsaw.

Good value for money. Clean and basic. The only slight inconvenience is the fact the reception was based in a different place than the actual hotel, but overall experience good.

Convenient location. Although the hotel is not located in the city center, the center can be reached in twenty minutes by tram (which runs every 5 minutes). The stop is near. Nearby there are shops Biedronka and Rossmann. The rooms are spacious and with all necessary furniture.

Despite the fact that it is indicated that smoking is prohibited in the room, there was a smell of cigarettes, perhaps for a long time the room was very smoky. The bathroom was not clean enough. There were no kitchen utensils - no fridge, no kettle. There was access to a common kitchen on the 0th floor with all the necessary equipment, but it was also quite dirty there.

The receptionist was extremely welcoming and helpful - it's the highlight of the hotel. Teabags and instant coffee are available in the corridor.

The room was far from the reception - in a different block, a few houses down the road. There were stains on the sheet and on the fitted carpet but the bathroom was spotless. The worst thing was the cigarette smoke - with the window closed! Just outside the room there was a smoking area and lots of smoke getting in through the closed window would wake me up. I chose this hotel for the breakfast included. Upon arrival I found out breakfast isn't served at all.

Excellent location and good value for money. The room and bathroom were clean and tidy. Coffee and tea making facilities near the room were very handy.

Everything was nice. The room was clean and the stuff was helpful. Our room had an airconditioner, but remember - the remote for that you have to ask from the reception :)
