The staff was excellent, each one. They were very attentive and helping.

It is difficult to find hotels for a great value in a convenient place close to the historic downtown in Italian cities, but this one has all the important features, and in addition - ample internal parking. The best temporary home base to visit Pistoia when traveling by car, steps away from the downtown but quiet and convenient. Staff was super friendly and accommodating.

Can't really think of what I didn't like in the service, cleanliness, convenience and value. More than justified for a 3-star facility.

Milano Hotel is located just 3 mins walking from Pistoia train station and approx 7 mins to the city center. Room and bathroom are big. The hotel has its own parking, so if you travel by car you won't have headache to park your car. Hotel has tipical italian breafast. I liked everyday cleaning. Bed linen and towels were snow white. Staff was friendly and helpfull. Overall I liked my stay in Milano Hotel.

A few points to pay attention to and could be improved: AC were a bit loud and didn't cool room enough; fridge unvailability in the room

Staff extremely helpful and nice, good location and really clean

Staff doenst really speak english but is friendly. Hotel is super noisy, you can hear everything. From the ventilation of other bathrooms to listening in on the next rooms. The bed and blankets were very short and so so in regards to comfort. Dont go if you're over 170cm. It was clean. Breakfast was decent.

Toilet did not work in my room. Receptionist instantly gave me a new room.
