Parkplatz nicht inkl. (10.-/Tag), Fenster isolieren zu wenig, daher laut (direkt an den Zuggleisen), für Schweizer Verhältnisse scheint das Preis-Leistungsverhältnia i.O.

Location in centre of town. Were happy for us to check in just before midnight. Was very clean. Good choice at breakfast.
A lot of noise from 5.30am from train station outside. Shared Shower room and separate toilet down a corridor. To access room balcony had to climb through a window. Small low bunkbed with steps blocking room door, so stubbed toes in the night when needing to use bathroom.

The room was in a different building than the one offered to us. There was no notification for this ahead of time. It was a very strange experience.

I loved the location, the reception girl was so sweet and explained what can we visit, she gave us the deduction card for the attractions, and super breakfast!!! Thank you!!

The property is very well maintained, cozy stay. Great breakfast buffet and very good pizza :) The location is very convenient too. Great place to stay. Special word for Iulia who connected with us really well, great host and went out of the way to make sure we had an amazing stay and a great time. Kudos!

The hotel was absolutely lovely. Very clean room. We had a beautiful room with a private bathroom and a little balcony with a view. The fact that I heard the train passing by or some noise from people walking above (since it’s like an old style pension) didn’t bother me because the staff and hotel were incredibly clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also pretty good 😊

Stinky entrance and low floors corridors. PS. Apparently some sewage pipeline needs to be improved.

The best place to stay in Lauterbrunnen. Quality food, preferred by the locals in the evenings, and excellent breakfast. Always good to be back. 👍🏻

The view was amazing.
We went to have dinner in the restaurant but didn't pre book. One of the ladies was super rude and instead of saying what time we could come back, she just said they were fully booked and kept walking away from us. We then asked someone else who was still very blunt but managed to find out when the next table would be available. I understand they were busy and probably stressed but there is no need to be rude!
