Habitaciones limpias y confortables, personal atento, en el baño había plato ducha y bañera, independientemente del wáter en otro espacio dentro de la habitación, y para familias es muy cómodo.
A las 10: 15 horas, el desayuno ya no reponían si faltaba (tortilla, bacón), aunque nos advirtieron que viniéramos pronto, ya que el horario de cierre es a las 11hs pero con niños a veces es más complicado.

Dog friendly, great location. English speaking staff. Big room with kithenette. Fabulous shower and bathroom. Stayed here 3 times previously.
Aircon wouldnt go lower, reset itself back to 25 continuously. Slept with windows open but too noisy. Looking a little shabby in the corridors now.

Cleans d good facilities in the room.
Not enough staff. As the staff work on the Ibis Budget Reception as well there were a few times when there was a long wait to speak with staff.

I used to love coming to this hotel, I still like the rooms, the location and staff.
They have this really stupid rule about only letting you into the room at 4pm, my plane always arrives in the morning, we had been up almost all night and they refused us the room saying it's not ready, the hotel had hardly any customers and plenty of rooms ready, they keep doing this and it's really annoying, we had to trudge around town getting more tired it's so unnecessary. Also, we were leaving there at 8.30 a.m to be somewhere else. so the

The room was spacious. air conditioning was good as it was a very hot days being in Perpignan. The breakfast was ok and yes it was a suite we stayed as it have a sofa bed in the room.
We didn't like the bathroom as everything is in ONE room, the shower, the toilet so when you take a shower everything will get wet including the towels and toilet paper. The carpet needs a GOOD cleaning as it have stains all over it.

The location was fine
The worst experience ever. But I think that´s only my case, so, the personnel wasn´t very attentive, and the room was uncomfortable for me.

The Novotel Suites is a very standard commercial Hotel very suitable for short stays like one night. It has a rather cool atmosphere but the rooms are quiet, very practically equipped and efficient. In future we will again choose the regular Novotel Hotels which are of a somewhat higher standard.
No indication in the city how to find the Hotel .

Suite was clean and spacious with a beautiful view from our window of Mount Canigou. Breakfast choice was varied and tasty. Staff were also helpful and friendly.

Proximity to the motorway and former level of quality
Hotelafter 4 years shows significant degradation. Obviously the management is not interested to spend money for fit for function with expecting hygiene (carpets in the aisles, moulds in the shower cabin, massive dust underneath the beds, dropping water-tap etc.)
It is a pity that management rocks down an good establishment to an unacceptable level to fix it then.
We will not come the next times traveling down - even the staff was very friendly.
