Pool side room was the spot to be! Amazing time and great facility

Not allowed to take coffee to go from the breakfast that was paid separately. Having my coffee by the pool would be nice.

European style breakfast, a quiet place and close to the center, the staff is excellent and does everything to make the guests satisfied

Balconies are too open for neighbors

My room was at the back of the property, facing a privacy wall. The location was initially offputting, but then I realized it made the room much more private than those that faced the pool. Pool was beautiful. Towels can be checked out for both beach and pool.

Phuket was not my jam, but the hotel wasn't to blame.

Good location, very quiet and relaxing. The room we had was very spacious. The pool is very clean and well looked after.

Arrogant guests claiming the sun lounges for the entire day, and not using them. Not the fault of hotel staff though.

The hotel is just a short 3min walk away from the beach and overall the value I got for the price was good. The porter (a bit older gentleman) was outstandingly nice and I want to mention him specifically as a very pleasant and customer oriented guy.

There was an issue with the balcony door which didn't lock. It was fixed when I asked for that but I would hope for someone to realize such an issue before guests arrives. The problem seemed not to be a new one. Unfortunately, the mechanism only worked if you applied some pressure and the cleaning crew never did that so that the door was unlocked everytime the room had been cleaned.

walking distance to the beach, convenience store and cafes nearby, quieter than other parts of Patong

Our rooms were totally different than the photos and bathroom was rundown. Asked for side by side rooms and they agreed weeks prior check in, but was given rooms on different floors instead. One of our rooms was infested with termite swarmers on the second night. Digusting! We asked for a tuktuk to get downtown, receptionist gave us a private driver (random woman with a nissan) whom charged us 50% more for the ride and claimed it’s the same as tuktuk, we found out it wasn’t after getting an actual tuktuk to return. There is a spooky abandoned building behind our rooms as well…
