Resort consisting of few standalone buildings. Nice view and quiet area. Spacious and clean rooms. Good and powerful heating and hot water. Spa, wellness and breakfast is located in the central building which can take some walk from more remote buildings of the resort. Off season breakfast option was okayish, limited in selection, but chef was able to prepare some hot meals per individual order. Parking is available for 18euro per night

Spa and wellness facility was open only till 22:00 which was not mentioned during the room booking. Our check-in was after 21:00 so we had no time to use pre-paid wellness centrum. Extra room fee what we paid for wellness is not refundable. So we have paid for nothing. During the off-season only the main reception at the top of the hill is open and guidance from garages to the reception is non existing. We found just on closed door of the secondary reception and later translated thanks to google translator a note that only main reception is open with not so clear instructions how to get there. The resort looks amazing from outside, rooms are okay, but little bit older inside. Good rooms but not exactly luxurious. I would say good accommodation for families with kids not for honeymoon couples.

Internet was poor. Pool closed for parts of the day. Reception is hard to find for check-in.

spa if not crowded at all and easy to book in spring time (but hot tub / sauna/ hammam ONLY FROM 16+) location (close to hiking departures - spring time) not many people, not crowded (spring time) beds are made, towels changed, cleaning done confortable beds

5 plates, 5 glasses, 5 forks, 5 spoons....for 5 people...not a single extra!!!!! bath tub does not work (the rubber lid is missing.....cannot fill the tub) bath is dirty (because of the iron contained in water?) outdated furniture; needs refreshing hotel reception far and not easy to access for immediate need (at first....our room cards did not work, the WIFI passwords either and really it is not close to fix small problems)

The room was spacious and had good views of the mountain.

amazing spa and pool facilities, gym was excellent aswell transfers to ski lifts were simple and reliable, super friendly drivers and staff in the shop

Not wanting to be negative but all facilities were very poor & the staff was unfriendly almost rude

Arriving at 8pm after a 12 hour trip and could'n even buy a water at the bar to take to the apartment as it wasn't allowed????!!! Don't understand!🤔 The buffet at the hotel was very poor quality and no diversity for 26€ ( no drinks included) was far too expensive. As we were travelling with the dogs ( which paid an extra of 15€/ per dog per day ) they allocated us to a tired apartment at Reception level area near the storage room & public wc The complex location is not good at all far from everything you must use the car as the transfers offered by the hotel complex need to be scheduled and normally not available. The spa is a massive pool for children The " Michelin star " is located on a corner of the Spa Club house had average food with poor service wasn't worth the value

Our whole experience was a mess from the beginning. I truly regret our stay here, never again.

Great views, amazing value for money, lovely and helpful staff! 😊 Went with my partner and a couple of friends and we had an incredible time. Would definitely book again.
