Café da manhã espetacular, quarto muito bem arrumado, roupa de cama, toalhas e higiene excelentes, o hotel oferece toalhas separadas para piscina, televisores atuais com conectividade à internet (Smart TV)

O quarto era separado com das crianças por uma porta, porém a porta não tinha tranca, poderia ter aquelas que a chave não sai, igual ao dos toiletes, assim daria mais privacidade ao casal. A piscina estava um pouco escorregadia, não sei se por produto, mas é legal verificar esse item.

É a segunda vez que me hospedo no Sorocaba Park Hotel e a impressão apenas melhorou. Atendimento rápido na chegada, quarto espaçoso e silencioso, com cama grande e confortável e ar condicionado excelente, banheiro de tamanho bom, chuveiro ótimo e comodidades. O café é excepcional com muitas variedades de pães, frios, bolos, pratos quentes. As áreas comuns também são muito aconchegantes, com decoração muito bonita. O restaurante tem cardápio bem variado por preços justos.

Tudo ok, nada a apontar.

HOTEL IS OLD,NEEDS TO BE UPGRADED BAD SERVICE FROM FRONT DESK STAFF BAD MANAGEMENT: -I waited for service at the pool for an hour. I went to front desk to complain, they said someone would be there in a bit, still took another half hour to have pool service. - I order one type of drink but it came another. -Out of the 4 machines at the fitness center(which had only 2 treadmils, 1 eliptical and 1 bike) only 1 was working. - Room keys had to be changed daily at front desk because they loose the magnetic when slided at the door after few hours. -Hot water in the shower would go on/of making water either really cold or really hot -No shower cap in the bathroom, when we asked for one they told us to go downstairs to get it instead of bringing it to the room. -There is a charge of R$5 for each silverware if you need one at the room to eat😳

Fair price for what it is. It’s dated but comfortable and clean. Good bed and shower. We booked because of the outdoor pool. The pool area was in excellent condition and there was a games room that the kids enjoyed. It’s not a fancy hotel but it met all our expectations. Staff was excellent too. Very friendly. Our room had 2 bedrooms and 2 TVs which was great with the kids.
